Supply, installation, testing and commisssioning of vertical turbine pumpsets with allied equipment as under (Please refer to Section 5,Sl. 2.4 of SBD)
Vertical Turbine Pump [make: Kirloskar/WPIL/ Mather & Platt/Jyoti] as per IS: 1710, SIC of VT pump set , having Bronze Impeller, Stainless steel shaft, MS column pipe, line shaft, etc. capable of discharging 67.29 LPS against the head of 43 m coupled with energy efficient TEFC squirrel cage induction motor (IE3) as per IS 12615, having 15% more BHP than pump, operated on 3 Phase, 415V, 50Hz & A.C. Supply having 4 pole & 1500 rpm [make: Kirloskar/ ABB/ Crompton Greaves/ Marathon] all complete along with all arrangements for required discharge & head, base plate & other accessories such as suitable coupling, spider bearing, foot value with strainer, sluice valve(PN-1.6), NR valve, reducer, pressure gauge, specials, PCC foundation, nut & bolts, piping works for suction & delivery pipe, fitting & fixing with common header, etc. all complete required for the job.(As per the Indian standard and Instruction of E/I.)

Supplying and erecting 35 sqmm XLPE / PVC insulated, Unarmoured cable 1100 V grade with ISI mark Three core, stranded Copper conductor erected on wall / on pole in provided trench in an approved manner from LT panel to Motor.
Cost of earthing as per IS 3043 for each motors. With all equipment & materials required for earthing e.t.c all complete.
Providing, erecting 75 KVA Servo Controlled Automatic Voltage stabiliser suitable for output voltage of 415 Volt +/-1%, 3 Ph, 50 Hz, with copper wound transformer (oil cooled). The stabilizer shall be incorporated with protections and indications like Over Voltage / Under Voltage, Single Phasing, Cut off contactor with electronic output sensing unit, including change over switch, Earthing, t-oil, etc. all complete.
Cost of construction DP structure in PCC Pole for Transformer with different type of MS channels, M.S. angles, brackets, insulators, AB Switch, three set of horn gap fuse, DO fuse and lightening arrester, nut bolts, fabrication work required for the job, cost of earthing of transformer (Two nos., one no. for neutral and one for body) with all required material labours, cost of providing disc & pin insulator for HV and LV side of the transformer, testing of dielectric strength of transformer oil etc. for transmission of power.
