Taking down the old light fittings and dismantling old unserviceable Steel poles complete all as specified and as directed.

Suppply an fixing Octagonal hot deep galvanised poles of 7 Mtr height with stiffner, including single bracket/arm of 1.5 mtr lenth, with base plate of size 225 mm x 225 mm Sq mm, thickness of base plate 12 mm, sheet thickness of pole 3 mm, dia of bottom of pole 130 mm and top dia of pole 70 mm, the pole shaft shall be tapered with single logitudinal welding and openable door for fixing of cable with 01 No MCB SP 6 Amp and 32 Amp Connector 3 ph and 1.5 sqmm 3 core PVC insulated cable run for connecting street light fitting from MCB including fixing by nuts and bolts of size not less than 20 mm dia of length min 700 mm complete all as per OEM and as specified / directed by Engr in Charge. All as item No 2 above, but, double bracket all as directed. Note for item No 2 & 3 :- (i) The above quoted rate shall be included for making foundation of pole as designed by OEM. (ii) The DWC pipe of size 50 mm (OD) x 38 mm (ID) should be fixed in the pole foundation diagonally for passing the cables as specified and directed by Engr in Charge and the pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relevent item. M&L for form work to sides of columns and similar works for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including crancking, bending spirally hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for lifting the RCC Slab upto 300 mm thick and about 2.5 ton to 4.0 ton in weight on jetty by cutting / chipping the clearance groove all around, keeping aside using a crane and replacing at the same location after carrying out repairs / Laying of ms pipe including making good the surface with pcc 1:2:4 type B1, using 20 mm graded stone specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of out door type Street light timer Panel/Distribution Boards with 65A 3 pole/230 Volts contactor and Digital 24 hrs/ Analog Time Switch, 63 A MCB, Manual and Auto Mode Toggle switch cable connectors all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.15 mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below ground level , connected to GI earth wire 4 MM Dia as earthling lead by means bolts and nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and connected to main switch board including watering arrangement with PCC chamber , MS funnel with wire mesh,. CI cover with frame etc including necessary excavation in any type of strata , returning, filling removal of soil outside MD land ,filling of charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Sch Part I , connected to Earthing test point all as specified and directed on testing on completion.
