Schedule 'A' Section - I

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar.

M&L 75 mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub floors, filling and mass concrete etc.

M&L machine pressed precast concrete coloured interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 grade with grey cement & pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M&L Sand filling under interlocking coloured paver block average 25mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type C-1 1:3:6 (using 20mm down graded stone aggregate) as in kerbs and below sewage pipe line including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) 15mm thick for laying floor finishes/pavers complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Coloured Chequred cement conc tiles perpolished (30cmx30cmx25mm thick) with grey cement and pigment in floors etc , set and jointed in neat cement slurry complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

Dismantling RCC posts or struts any section including taking out embedded portion an making good disturbed ground embedded in natural ground ,complete all as specified

Excavation in hard/dense soil in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc. 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm gd stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as spd.

Preparation of new iron and steel surfaces of any description n.exc 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of priming of red oxide zink chrome paint over a two coat of synthetic enamel paint.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un- reinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc. 15 cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified .

Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 as in retaining walls abutments brought upto course complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 15.00 above but "except stone" complete all as specified and as directed.

Cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundation, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

PCC (1:2:4) type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in coping, bands, plinth courses, parapets etc like incl weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered throating complete all as specified.

M&L raised pointing old and new surface in CM (1:4) to random rubble square/ polygonal rubbles uncoursed or brought upto courses stone masonary complete all as specified.

Precast cement concrete Type C-1 1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in bond stones for stone walling etc setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed 110mm dia as weep holes in retaining wall,complete all as specified.

M&L for boulder filling dry, hand packed tightly ,as in back filling of retaining wall.

Amount of credit of Rs. 186062.00 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
