S.I.T.C. of 4 way type Chilled water Cassette Units complete as per technical specifications and including multiple speed fan control, intelligent drain-pump mechanism to be included, built in drain pump interlock, Factory made pre-fit valve assembly box with inlet outlet valve with and witjout strainer, including 2 way PICV/ PIBCV and supplied with LCD corded /cordless remote control. The Fan assembly shall include fan impeller with BLDC direct drive fan motor. The motor shall be sealed and lubricated for life, the whole assembly being statically and dynamically balanced. The motor shall be of the totally enclosed, permanent split capacitor type with thermal safety cut out. The evaporator coil shall be manufactured from seamless copper tubes with internal grooving, and mechanically bonded to aluminium fins. Units shall have power plug with 1.5 mtrs cable. 1 mtr inlet and 1 mtr outlet suitable dia copper piping tube thickness 1.2 mm insulated with with 19 mm thick nitrile insulation for connection with header. Supply, installation, of Room Acoustic lining insulation non fibrous, asbestors free of 15mm thick open cell nitrile rubber accoustic insulation with sound absorption property with desnity of 140-180 kg/m3 shall install with 2.5 mm thick mass loaded vinyl sheet of 2000 kg/m3 to achive sound reduction as specified in specification (AHU ROOMS). Mass vinyl sheet should be tested for weighted sound reduction index as per ISO 10140-2 and both open cell and mass loaded vinyl sheet should be class 1 fire rated as per BS 476 part 7.
