Earth Work excavation with earth pocket and boulder including removal of obstruction such as small trees, vegetation ect. refilling the trenches with suitable excavated material, and removal of unsuitable excavated material upto a lead of 50m and a lift of 1.5m. All labour and material etc. complete.

Soling with hard laterite rubble stone of 20cm to 30cm size including hand packing, spreading murrum, watering, laying to necessary compacting etc complete with all tools, plants, labour and materials.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete (1:3:6) using 20/40mm graded black trap stone metal out of quarried boulders as coarse aggregate including mixing, depositing, consolidating, levelling, curing, etc. All tools, plants,labour and materials complete.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights -Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

Providing and installing and commissioning of 1.5 HP Pump , with starter mounted on panel board of suitable size and wiring for 1 no of 15 amp point with all accessories, foot valve, suitable suction & delivery CPVC pipes etc complete with all labour and materials .Make Crompton/V-Guard/Kirloskar.

Providing and laying integral cement based treatment for water proofing on the vertical surface, bottom & top surface by laying of 10cms. Average laterite stone ballast coba thick with cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645 in recommended proportions with a gap of 20 mm (minimum) between stone slabs and the receiving surfaces and filling the gaps with neat cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound and finishing the exterior of stone slab with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 20 mm thick with neat cement punning mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportion complete

Providing and fixing of Brass Float valve ,all labour and materials complete

Construction of Pump House for the pump of size 1.2 mt X .60 X 1 mtr with lockable MS door of size (400 X300) with latch and handle ,all labour and materials complete
