Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning DSITC of Active Harmonic Filter AHF panel for Banks office building at Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Active Harmonic Filter (AHF): Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning (DSITC) of 415 volt + 10%, 3Ph, 4-wire, 50Hz, 80/100A compensation current, Active Harmonic Filter (AHF) unit / panel suitable for 2nd to 50th harmonic order compensation IGBT based PWM technology and mitigation of unbalanced current. The Panel must be duly made of powder coated (RAL 7035 grey) 2 mm thick CRCA sheet indoor type of IP 20 rated, vermin proof, with forced ventilation arrangement, semi compartmentalized enclosure floor standing type with all supports, accessories, switch gears, suitable rating 4P, 80/100A, 36 KA, MCCB having thermal magnetic and earth fault protection as an incomer of the panel & incorporating horizontal and vertical sleeved tinned copper bus-bars complete with all internal control wiring, danger board, suitable size of copper earth strip, cable chamber, earthing stud, padlocking arrangement etc. All complete as directed by the Bank’s Engineer and technical specifications given in part-I tender. The Panel shall have indicating lamps for 3 phases (Red,Yellow,Blue), ON/OFF/TRIP (Red/Green/Amber). The Panel shall be provided with Digital Multifunction meter & HMI touch screen to display the functionality of a power analyser and should display parameters as mentioned below • Current Parameters of all phases: Arms, A1rms, iTHD (%), Aunb • Voltage Parameters of all phases: Vrms, V1rms, Urms, vTHD (%), Vunb, Frequency • Power Parameters of all phases: Active, Reactive, Apparent Power • Power Factor • Displacement Power Factor • Filter Parameters: Filter Utilization, Stack Temperature, DC Voltage, Filter Runtime, Fan Runtime, Panel Temperature • Voltage and current waveforms • Voltage and current Harmonic spectrum • Alarm indications & log details The quoted rate shall be inclusive of all taxes, labour, material, loading, unloading, transportation, insurance, tools, tackles testing, consumables, overheads, profit etc.,

Switch Disconnector Fuse (SDF) Unit: Supply, installation, Testing and Commissioning (SITC) of 125 A, 3-Phase, 4 pole, switch disconnector fuse (SDF) unit with 3 nos. of 125A rating HRC fuses rotary type operating handle. The same shall be installed in the existing LT panel after dismantling the existing SDF including necessary connection by providing required accessories, all complete as per technical specifications, part-I of the tender. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of all taxes, labour, material, loading, unloading, transportation, insurance, tools, tackles testing, consumables, overheads, profit etc.,

Current Transformer (CT): Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning (SITC) of 15 VA, resin cast clamp on, Class-1.0, measuring Current Transformer (CT) having current ratio 1000 / 5 Amp. the same shall be connected at incomer of LT panel including termination of control cable for all CTs by providing required hardware i.e., glands, lugs etc. both at LT panel end as well as AHF panel end all complete as per technical specifications, part-I of the tender. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of all taxes, labour, material, loading, unloading, transportation, insurance, tools, tackles testing, consumables, overheads, profit etc.,

Power Cable: Supply, laying, testing and commissioning (SITC) of 1.1 KV grade, 4 Core x 16 sq. mm. armoured, XLPE insulated, FRLSH copper cable confirming to IS 7098 (Part 1) along with two runs of 25x3mm cu strip properly fixed using saddles at every 300mm in the existing cable trench including making holes in gland plate, termination of cable and strip at both ends using suitable size brass glands, copper lugs and nut & bolts etc., all complete as required as per technical specifications, part-I of the tender. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of all taxes, labour, material, loading, unloading, transportation, insurance, tools, tackles testing, consumables, overheads, profit etc.,

Control Cable: Supply and laying of 1.1 KV grade, 10 Core, 2.5 sq. mm. armoured, XLPE insulated, FRLSH copper control cable including making holes in gland plate, termination of cable at both ends using suitable size brass glands and copper lugs etc., all complete as required as per technical specifications, part-I of the tender.
