Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform. with water proof ply 12 mm thick (DSR 5.9.21)

Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class -150 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) (DSR 6.4.2)

Steel reinforcement for H.Y.S.D. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. (DSR 5.22.2)

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix:1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) (DSR 13.5.2)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. ( 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate 11.3.1)

Providing and fixing ISI marked 35 mm thick flush door shutter commercial quality conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) including fixing of wooden cleat of stoppers and including fixing and adjustment of hinges, bolts, locks, handles complete work. (Fitting with necessary screws to be paid seperatly)(DSR9.21.1).

Providing and fixing angle iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Angle sections of size 35x35x5 mm, joints mitred and welded by angle iron 35x35x5 mm or 35x 5 mm flat pieces to the existing T-iron frame or to the wall with dash fastener, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-charge.( DSR 10.31)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.(DSR 13.80)

Wall Painting with acrlic emulsion paint having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/litre, of aproved brand and manufacture, including applyadditional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. (DSR 13.82.2 two coats)

Finishing walls with premium acrylic sommth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade old work (one or more coats applied @ 0.83 Ltr/10sqm.) (DSR 13.112.1)

Painting or vanishing on iron works in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint & two coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint of clear synthetic varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of work. Paint to be used should confirm to the I.S.I. No.103 1950 (DSR 13.48.3)

Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with :5.0 mm thick glass panes( DSR 10.30.2)
