Providing and fixing wall hanging cupboard made out of 19mm thick water proof and termite proof plyboard (Century/Austin/Mayur). The cupboard will be provided with storage space as per instruction and requirement with two/three tier rack system. The exposed surface of the cupboard will be provided with 1mm thick glossy/mat finished sunmica and inside surface with 0.8mm thick off white surmica. The all hinges of the door system will be pneumatic of Godrej/Hettich made. The locking and handle system should be Godrej/Hettich made of high class SS. If necessary lipping teak beat is to be provided on peripheral surface as per instruction and requirement. Sectional size of cupboard will be 0.6m x 0.45mn

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. ( For fixed portion Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With frosted glass panes of 8 mm thickness (weight not less than 20 kg/ sqm)

Supply and fitting of display unit made up of 19 mm thick water proof and termite proof plyboard (Century /Austin/Mayur make) of required dimension with pasting of 4 mm thick veneer sheet on exposed surface of approved make and colour and the internal surface with 8 mm thick high glass sunmica of approved make. The front surface will be made up of 8 mm thick, clear toughened glass of approved make to expose the internal surface/space fully visible and will movable over upvc channel in the front surface. The all fitting such as handle, knob, castor- wheel, channel, hinges, lock etc. will be of stainless steel made of approved make such as Godrej/hettich. The entire exposed surface will be painted with high glass acrylic paint. Size of display unit.

Providing and fixing factory made upvc frame of sectional area 70 mm x 50 mm with wall thickness 2.3 ± 0.2 mm comprising of upvc multi charmbered frame built up with sash ( 40 mm x 50 mm) extruded profile duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from rool framing process of required length (shape & size according to UPVC profile), appropriate dimension of UPVC extruded glazing beads and upvc extruded interlocking, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated), touch lock with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), GI fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screw etc. Profile of frame and sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corner including drilling of holes for fixing hardware etc. After fixing of frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished will shall be filled with weather proofing silicon sealaut over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The bottom half of the section should be fixed with 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board conforming to 12823 Grade I type II in the partitioning frames with CP brass/ stainless steel screw etc. and top half of the section should be fixed with 8 mm thick float/frosted glass as per the architectural design.. All hardware fitting such as rollers, handles, locking arrangement must of approved make (godrej of hettich)
