M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from wall/ceiling upto plaster surfaces by electric sand paper grinder, washing, rubbing down and stopping of existing treatment including cleaning of motar drops, smoke soot moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots, preparation and removal of old wall paper by vaccum based sanding machine.

M&L for applying two coat of interior acrylic wall putty (1-1.5mm) on wall/ceiling surface including filling of cracks/holes by crack filler, removing unnecessary nails and applying one coat of primer (after complete removal of old finish/newly plastered surface) by smart periodical methodology/ auto roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of interior emulsion paint (on wall/ceiling putty surface) using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PPSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 m the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying emulsion should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface to achieve excellent application using limited manpower complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500-2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer.
