REPAIR, SERVICING AND PERIODICAL MAINT OF PACKAGE TYPE AND CENTRAL AC PLANT, WATER COOLER, CASSETTE TYPE AC, WINDOW TYPE AC, SPLIT TYPE AC, REFRIGERATOR, DEEP FREEZER, COLD ROOM, ICE MAKING MACHINE AND WATER COOLER PLANT INCL ALLIED WKS AT NDA KHADAK

Repair /Maintenance of water cooler/ Split AC / Window AC /Cassatte AC/ Package AC/ Refrigerator/ Deep Freezer of any capacity & make installed at various location of NDA in situ as and when required in day-to-day maintenance and making cooling appliences servicible in all respect with replacement of any major or minor parts and obtained signature of users & JE E/M of MES all as specified and directed. The Compressive maintenance comprises with the following and all as directed:- (a) Repairing, Maintenance of Cooling Appliences with required tool and Plant of any make and any capacity/ type in situ by replacing unserviceable parts from the machine checking/repairs to sensor unit and cooling effect of water cooler for proper functioning complete all as specified and as directed. (b) Checking all electric connection from DBs to cooling Appliences, tighten properly all the screw, nut and bolt reqd to be change with help of drilling machine, necessary arc/gas welding as per site reqd necessary making leak proof water supply to the cooler. (c ) Checking serviceability of all fitted parts of cooling Appliences including compressor, blower fan, condensing unit complete, repair it if found unserviceable for smooth functioning and achieve desired cooling effect. (d) Checking the Pressure of refrigerent and recharge where necessary to achieve desired cooling after leak test with nitrogen Gas. (e) Repairs of legs of water cooler and replace if found unserviceable as per the direction. Note: (i) Contractors rep will report to JE E/M / Engr-in-charge on all working days at 9 AM to collect routine/ Urgent job work on complaint slip with all necessary tool and plant. (ii) All job work recieved on complaint slip will be repaired/ checked/ made serviceable then obtain signature of user for satisfactorily completion of Job and then returned to JE E/M / Engr-in-charge on same day of receipt. (iii) Incase of delay in attending the complaint more than 8 Hrs for routine and 3 Hrs for Urgent complaint, the contractor shall be liable to pay the penalty of Rs 500/ per day on account of delay. (iv) If compressor not work properly disconnect electric/water connecton from cooling Appliences and carry it form diffrent site to MES store for repair or after fitting the new compressore and re-installed repaired one on same place and position as per satisfaction/direction. (v) Parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate items.

Periodical Servicing of water cooler/ Split AC / Window AC /Cassatte AC/ Package AC/ Refrigerator/ Deep Freezer of any capacity & make installed at various location of NDA in situ as and when due and making cooling appliences servicible in all respect with replacement of any major or minor parts if found U/S and obtained signature of users & JE E/M of MES all as specified and directed. The Periodical Services comprises the following and all as directed:- (a) Servicing of cooling appliences unit outer and inner side complete with vaccume cleaner, soap water, caustic soda, colin etc of any capacity any make and any type in situ by replacing unserviceable parts from the machine checking/repairs to sensor unit and cooling effect of cooling appliences for proper functioning complete all as specified and as directed. (b) Drainout water from inner tank of cooling applience and cleaning the tank thoroughly. (c ) Servicing & cleaning of condensing unit/all filters, dryers complete with vaccume clenear, soap water, castic soda, colin etc of any capacity , any make and any type in situ including, leak testing, brazing the suction / discharge tubes as directed. (d) Any other required Scheduled servicing as recommended by OEM. Note: (i) Contractors rep will report to JE E/M / Engr-in-charge as and when called upon for scheduled servicing of cooling Appliences with all necessary tool and plant. (ii) All job work recieved on complaint slip will be Serviced then obtain signature of user for satisfactorily completion of Job and then returned to JE E/M / Engr-in-charge on same day of receipt. (iii) Incase of delay in attending the said Job for more than 2 days, the contractor shall be liable to pay the penalty of Rs 500/ per day on account of delay. (iv) Parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate items.

Taking out burnt blower motor from water cooler and supply and fix new blower motor with blade, single phase, 230V 50Hz, RPM - 1325, suitable for 40/80ltr, 60/80 Ltr water cooler complete all as directed.

Taking out burnt blower motor from water cooler and supply and fix new blower motor with blade, single phase, 230V 50Hz, suitable for 120/150 Ltr water cooler complete all as directed.

Taking out unserviceable Running capacitor and supply and fix new Running capacitor 8MFD/suitable for 40/80 or 60/120 ltr water cooler, Plastic casing , Copper wire terminal complete all as directed.

Taking out unserviceable Running capacitor and supply and fix new Running capacitor 15MFD/suitable for 40/80 or 60/120 ltr water cooler, Plastic casing , Copper wire terminal complete all as directed.

Ditto all as per item No 6 except for Starting capacitor 40/60 MFD suitable for 60/120 to 150 ltr water cooler Plastic casing , Copper wire terminal complete all as directed.

Dismantling of compressor of Central typy Air conditioner of capacity upto 55TR installed at Hubibullah Hall (Make :KIRLOSKAR , Model : AC870) and over haulling the same by replacing unserviceable / worn out parts including necessory machine work to the crank shaft, discharge valve plate etc for proper repair.Servicing of Oil pump by replacing oil pump repair kit. Reassembling the compressor unit with existing serviceable parts and new parts given here in after(as supply only), rectifying other deffects if any, Charging of Refrigerant gas (R-22) and Compressor Oil upto the required level to achive desired cooling effect, Connecting the compressor with the lines and testing commissioning complete all as directed. The repair work involves taking out burntout winding coiles from stator, cleaning of slots throughly , removing all dirt grease an other unwanted particle, replacmement of UNSV parts where reqd (as directed) capacity of motor 75/50 HP complete all as direced NOTE : (i) Unit rate is deem to be included for taking out otor from its position, shifting of motor from pump housed to workshop, getting back to plant house, reinstalling at site, connecting up, couple with the pump and testing complete, retrieved windg wire will be the contractors property and necessary credit amount is deemed to be included in the quoted rate, hence no credit has been considered in credit schedule. (ii) Spare parts other than rewinding job required for replacment shall be measured and paid speeratly as supply only.

Dismantling/opening the pump part by part without damaging any other parts , descaling and cleaning of all parts for inspection and finding serviceability/unserviceability of the parts and carefully assembling of pumps by using existing serviceable parts including replament of gasket packing greasing all bearings, bushing,etc and replaement of unserviceable parts as directed installed at Habbiullah Hall/ATT Plant 10/15/20 HP ( Cooling water pump/ Blower motor of AC plant ), thoroughly, complete refix at their existing position reinstall the pumpr at existing position, complete all electric connections and testing complete all as directed. .

Preventive maintenanc of AC, 3 Phase induction motor of capacity 20/15 HP by dismantiling the motor completely without damaging any parts and applying air dry insulating varnish, of appropriate grade (make doctor bake/appex), cleaning bearing refix at their existing position with bearing grease, checking terminals and thimbles tighting the all terminal joints replace terminal plates where necessary/reinstall the motor at existing position, connecting electric connections and testing complete all as directed.

Preventive maintenanc of AC, 3 Phase induction motor of capacity 7.5/10 HP by dismantiling the motor completely without damaging any parts and applying air dry insulating varnish, of appropriate grade (make doctor bake/appex), cleaning bearing refix at their existing position with bearing grease, checking terminals and thimbles tighting the all terminal joints replace terminal plates where necessary/reinstall the motor at existing position, connecting electric connections and testing complete all as directed.

Taking out existing burnt contactor from panel and Supply,fix and connecting 3 Pole power contactor, 415 Volt, AC 3 Phase,AC3 rating 45 Amps, AC 3 Phase, AC1 rating 50 Amps, with 400/230 Volt coil,(as per existing ) Make L&T / Telemecaniqee /C &S/BCH/Schneider.( Power contactors may be of different make as fitted in existing pannel so that the contactors can be accommodated in its position) complete all as directed.

Taking out existing burnt contactor from panel and Supply,fix and connecting 3 Pole power contactor, 415 Volt, AC 3 Phase, AC3 rating 18 Amps AC1 rating 20 to 32 Amps, with 400/230 Volt coil,(as per existing ) Make L&T / Telemecaniqee /C &S/BCH/Schneider.( Power contactors may be of different make as fitted in existing pannel so that the contactors can be accommodated in its position) complete all as directed.

Taking out existing Thermal over load relay and supply and fixing of new relay type AUR1 make Schneider or equivalent of L&T/C & S/ / L & T/BCH/ Schneider/Telemecaniqee.( Relays may be of different make as fitted in existing pannel so that the relays can be accommodated in its position) complete all as directed.

Taking out existing burnt Add on auxilary contact block from panel and Supply,fix and connecting new Add on auxilary contact block with 2 NO + 2NC, front mounted ,415 Volt, Make C & S / L & T/BCH/ Telemecaniqee/schneider.( Add on block may be of different make as fitted in existing so that theblocks can be accommodated in its position) complete all as directed.

Taking out existing burnt timer from panel and Supply,fix new Timer 0-30/60Sec pluse time 50-100 msec, 800 SD 2-230 selce,415 Volt, reqd for star delta Make L & T, C & S / BCH/ Telemecaniqee/schneider.(Timer may be of different make as fitted in existing so that the timer can be accommodated in its position) complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in replacment of of Miniature circuit breaker tripple pole 415 volt, 25-63 Amps having rupturing capacity 10kA 'C' Series complete all as directed.

Cleaning of cooling coil fins and filters complete of AHU of 55 TR capacity installed Habibullah hall by caustic soda and Nylon brush as per direction and refix at their existing position

M&L for servicing the Air handling units capacity 40/55 TR, with and including cleaning complete units, sheet metal parts, blowing out the dust, chemical cleaning by spraying the organic based scale removing agent Vaniklin at the appropriate ratio till removal of complete dust & scale deposits in the fin area of evaporator coil, flushing through for proper air flow across the coil, cleaning of expansion valve; greasing of blower motor, checking of electrical connection, cleaning of air filters,prefilters & fine filters box type with washable nylon filters media having 90% efficiency to control dust particles up to 10 microns fitted in aluminum framed with both side wire mesh of size 610x610x50mm of class EU-4 and for fine filters 99% efficiency to control dust particles up to 10 microns 610x610x500 mm EU-7 as per sample suitable for 55 TR AHU plant,greasing of blower motor,replacement of unserviceable bearings, water drain lines, renewal of rusted sheet metal screws, and testing & commissioning the unit all as specified and as directed

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) connected to galvanized Iron strip 25x 4mm by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, GI light grade protection pipe 15mm dia, GI medium grade water pipe 20mm dia with funnel all as shown in electric plate No 3 of SSR-2020 pt-I and testing complete including earth work excavation in any type of strata /soil PCC 1:2:4 as in earthing pit, 50 mm PCC pit cover with 6mm iron handle attached , common salt charcoal all as specified including testing on complete. M&L for Duct insulation with resin bonded fibre glass wool roll of density 24 kg/Cum, with factory laminated aluminium vapour barrier, thickness of insulation 25 mm as specified and including the following:- (a) Cleaning the duct surface (to be insulated ) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc. to make the surface completely free of millscale, dirt, dust, grease and other foreign materials, taking special care so that all duct joints are sealed against any leakage. (b) Applying rubber based adhesive CPRX compound. (c) Sealing of all longitudinal joints and circular overlaps with and including Aluminium foil tape 50 mm wide, to make the insulation leakproof. (d) Securing the insulation with and including mechanically fastened nylon/ steel straps of size 12 mm/50 mm at maximum intervals of 1.2 mtr.
