PROFORMA FOR STATEMENT OF MINOR DEVIATIONS
(Refer Clause C 2.2(d) and C 15.1 of ITT)
1. The following are the particulars of minor deviations from the requirements of the Tender Document:
1. The Tenderer shall indicate price reduction against each deviation in Appendix-3A of BOQ. This price is the price which the tenderer shall reduce from this tender price if deviation(s) is/are accepted by the Employer.
2. Where there is no deviation, the statement should be returned duly signed with an endorsement indicating ‘No Deviations’. In case, Performa of deviations is not submitted or submitted as blank, it will be construed that the tenderer has not proposed any deviations from tender documents.
3. It shall be noted that in case Nil/Zero/NA Price quoted by Tenderer in Appendix-3A then it shall mean that contractor has quoted same price for deviation and undeviation bid.
4. If the tenderer proposes deviations in tender documents, and/or any other terms and conditions of the tender, other than in this Appendix, it will have no effect.

The Bill of Quantities shall be read in conjunction with Notice Inviting Tenders, Instructions to tenderers, Special Conditions of contract, Employers Requirements and General Condition of Contract (December, 2025) , Conditions of Contract on Safety & Health and Environment.
2. Schedule ‘A’ consists of DSR items based on DSR-2023 and Schedule 'B' NDSR for Civil works as detailed in Tender documents. Tenderer has to quote percentage above/below/at par the rates against BOQ amount given in Schedule ‘A’ and Schedule 'B'. If the tenderer choose to opt “At Par” then the value shall be taken as “Zero” percent.
3. The rates and prices to be tendered in the unit Priced Bill of Quantities of Schedule ‘A’ and Schedule 'B' are for completed and finished items of works and complete in all respect. It will be deemed to include cost of all Applicable taxes , plants, labour, supervision, materials, scaffolding for masonry work & any work etc., G.I. binding wire, all lead & lifts, carriage, transport, all temporary works, erection, maintenance, utility identification, survey, all other works mentioned in all Employer’s Requirements including appendices, Conditions of Contract on Safety & Health and Environment, contractor’s profit and establishment/overheads, together with preparation of design and drawings, all general risks, insurance liabilities, compliance of labour laws and obligations set out or implied in the Contract.
In case of any discrepancy in DSR items covered under Schedule 'A' the relevant item as mentioned in DSR published by CPWD shall prevail.
For taxes and duties, refer clause11.1.1 of d. General Conditions of Contract (December, 2025) and C 2.5 of ITT.
If the tenderer fails to quote rates against any item, the tender will be treated as incomplete and non- responsive and shall be rejected.
In case of any discrepancy between amount quoted in figures and in words, the amount in figures shall be treated as sacrosanct.
The Financial Package (Pricing Document) must be uploaded by the same person who is authorized as per the submitted Power of Attorney (POA) and who has uploaded the Technical Package using a valid Class-III digital signature on behalf of the Tenderer.
The contractor may raise their “On Account” payments on monthly basis as per the status of work on the last day of the respective month.

Providing and fixing of expansion joint system related with floor location as per drawings and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The joints system will be of extruded aluminum base members, self aligning / self centering arrangement and support plates etc. as per ASTM B221-02. The system shall be such that it provides floor to floor /floor to wall expansion control system for various vertical localtion in load application areas that accommodates multi directional seismic movement without stress to it's components. System shall consist of metal profiles with a universal aluminum base member designed to accommodate various project conditions and finish floor treatments. The cover plate shall be designed of width and thickness required to satisfy projects movement and loading requirements and secured to base members by utilizing manufacturer’s pre-engineered self- centering arrangement that freely rotates / moves in all directions. The Self - centering arrangement shall exhibit circular sphere ends that lock and slide inside the corresponding aluminum extrusion cavity to allow freedom of movement and flexure in all directions including vertical displacement. Provision of Moisture Barrier Membrane in the Joint System to have watertight joint is mandatory requirement all as per the manufactures design and as approved by Engineer -in- Charge. (Material shall confirm to ASTM 6063).

Pedestal etc. all complete, as per the architectural drawings, as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge consisting of: (a) Providing at required spacing to form modular framework, pedestals made out of GI tube of thickness minimum 2 mm and 25 mm outer diameter, fully welded on to the G.I. Base plate of size 100mm x 100mm x 3mm at the bottom of the pedestal tube, G.I. pedestal head of size 75mmx75mmx3.5 mm welded with GI fully threaded stud 16mm outer diameter with two GI Check nuts screwed on the stud for level adjustment upto 50mm, locking and stabilizing the pedestal head in position at the required level. The pedestals shall be fixed to the subfloor (base) through base plate using epoxy based adhesive of approved make or the machine screw with rawl plug. (b) Stringers system in all steel construction hot dipped galvanized of rectangular size 570x20x30x0.80mm thick having holes at both ends for securing the stringers on to the pedestal head using fully threaded screws ensuring maximum lateral stability in all directions, the grid formed by the pedestal and stringer assembly shall receive the floor panel, this system shall provide adequate solid, rigid support for access floor panel, the system shall provide a minimum clear uninterrupted clearance between the bottom of the floor for electrical conduits and wiring etc. all complete as per the architectural drawings, as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge . (c) Providing and fixing Access Floor panel of 600x600x32 mm medium grade Filled Steel anti static high pressure Lamination of 800H grade (FS800H). Access Floor panel shall be steel welded construction with an enclosed bottom pan with uniform pattern of 64 hemispherical cones. The top and bottom plates of Steel Gauges: top 0.6 mm and bottom 0.7 mm fused spot welded together (minimum 64 welds in each dome and 20 welds along each flange). The panel should be Corroresist epoxy coated for lifetime rust protection and cavity formed by the top and bottom plate is filled with Pyrogrip noncombustible Portland cementitious core mixed with lightweight foaming compound. The access floor shall be factory finished with Anti-static High Pressure laminate with Non Warp technology upto 1mm thickness for superior adhesion and Surface flatness within 0.75mm.The panel is to withstand a Concentrated Load of 363 kgs applied on area 25mm x 25mm without collapse in the centre of the panel which is placed on four steel blocks. The panel will withstand and Uniformly Distributed Load (UDL) minimum 1250 kg/sqm and an impact load of 50kg all complete as per the approved manufacturers specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. All specification must be printed on the side of the panel to ensure the quality of the product.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer- in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
Cleaning of chocked sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000 litres water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervising engineer etc. for cleaning and partial desilting of manholes and dechocking of sewer lines. Dechocking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line from 150mm dia upto 300mm dia for all depth.
Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/ 450N/ 5cm. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator , vacuum dewatering process and finally finished by floating, brooming with wire brush etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-incharge. (The panel shuttering work shall be paid for separately). (Note:- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately).
Providing and erecting 2.00 metre high temporary barricading at site; eachpanel of size 2.50 m x2.00 m made of 40x40x6 mm angle iron or 50x50x3mm hollow MS tube posts/horizontal members/bracings covered with 1.63mm thick MS sheet. The sheet shall be fixed with 30x5 mm MS flat by suitable welding/riveting. The panels shall be made so that gap of 50cm above the ground is available making overall height as 2.5 m. MS channelISLC 75 @ 5.70 kg/m, 50 cm long shall be provided at the bottom havingoval shaped holes of size 50x25 mm at both ends with 50 cm long MSangle 40x40x6 mm bracing. Suitable arrangement shall be made to fix thebarricading to avoid from overturning by providing 250 mm long expansion fasteners at both ends. The work shall be executed as per drawing/directionof Engineer-in-Charge which includes writing and painting, arrangement for traffic diversion such as traffic signals during construction at site forday and night, glow lamps, reflective signs, marking, flags, caution tape as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site continuously including shifting of barricading from one location to another location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion. Rate include its maintenance for damages, painting, all incidentals, labour materials, equipments and works required to execute the job. The barricading shall not be removed without prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- One time payment shall be made for providing barricading from start of work till completion of work including shifting. The barricading provided shall remain to be the property of the contractor on completion of the work).
