M&L Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Soling (or sub base) 150mm thick with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with Air compressore to remove all loose dirt etc in black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

7.5cm thick 2 layers (compacted thickness) granite trap or basalt WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat of Paving bitumen of grade VG- 10 @ 10Kg/10 Sqm on black top surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 6% binder content by weight by total mix, using paving bitumen of VG-10 grade rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Automatic hot mixing plant of adequate capacity shall be used for heating and mixing of aggregate, bitumen etc for premix semi dense asphaltic concrete and mix for both items shall be laid with mechanical pavers. (ii) Quantity of bitumen in semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be used as per design mix and shall be approved by the GE. Any variation in quantity of bitumen in design mix shall be priced as specified in the particular specification through deviation order. Unit rate quoted shall deemed to include the cost of design mix.

M&L for Providing 2.5mm thick road marking strip (reflective) of specified shade colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, gum beds dispenser propane tank healers and profile shoe heater driven by skilled operator on road surface including cost of material labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt scales oil greases and foreign material etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Walling of random rubble, uncoursed well bonded, built in CM(1:4)as in retaining wall, parapet, steps complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in charge

M&L for precast PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in bonder stones set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone agg as in coping to retaining walls/steps/parapet /base of railing post etc including necessary formwork and forming construction joint at 3.00m interval and expansion jpoint at 10m interval etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exc. 50m but n exc. 250m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC pipes 75mm bore as in weep holes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Raised pointing in 1:4 cement mortar to random or polygonal rubble, un?coursed or brought upto courses complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Boulder filling, laid dry, hand packed tightly as in back filling of retaining wall complete all as specified and directed.
