REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE OF CENTRAL TYPE AC PLANTS CHILLER PLANTS DUCTABLE ACs AND SPLIT ACs AT CASDIC AND RTC UNDER GE I R AND D EAST BANGALORE

Material and labour for preventive maintenance of 14 Nos AHU cooling coil by taking out pre filters, cleaning of cooling coil and cleaning of AHU and cleaning of dampers refixing all removed parts, checking the operations of all safety devices, cleaning of electrical contacts, checking the electric circuits, testing, commissioning etc installed at CASDIC complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE :- AHU to cleaned twice in the contract period rate quoted shall be for each cleaning

Material and labour for pressure testing each circuit of carrier make 250 TR 30G X model chiller for refrigerant leak by evacuating refrigerant gas from the circuit into the empty cylinder, leak testing of the circuit with dry nitrogen (N2) pressure for 48 hours by separating the entire system like low side, high side compressor condensers and rectifying the leakage vacuuming re-charging of evacuated refrigerant gas and testing complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Topping up of gas will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Schedule 'A'.

Material and labour for dismantling 1 No of screw compressor from 250 TR capacity chiller carefully with using hydraulic jack and chain pulley, putting dummy plates to suction and discharge line and transporting to authorized workshop for repair etc and refixing the same in the original place at CASDIC complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for dismantling of burnt out stator from screw compressor body, cutting, opening of burnt-out winding, rewinding with the same gauge of copper conductor of F class oil proof insulation applying one coat of varnish and kept at the electric oven and heated for 48 hours and refixing the same in the stator bringing back to site at CASDIC complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete over hauling of one 06 NA Model Carrier make Compressor in 250 TR chiller unit by opening the compressor end plate, removing the gear assembly with gear puller, removing the hydraulic chamber, removing the twin screws using puller, removing the bearing sets, O rings, rotor, terminal bolts and stator. Clean the entire mechanical parts with approved cleaning agent and oil the parts. Checks all the mechanical parts for wear and tear and replace if required. Reassemble the dismantled parts carefully by using required tools and tackles. Refix the twin screws and checks the alignment of screws for smooth operation. Refix the stator along with terminals, fix the gear assembly and hydraulic chamber. Checks the alignment of screws and gear assembly for smooth rotation. Refix the endplates and tightened the bolts and complete the overhauling all as per standard procedure complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for dismantling of winding from defective condenser fan motor of capacity upto 5HP and rewinding, with the same gauge of copper conductor and kept at electrical oven and heated for 48 hours and refixing the same in original position complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for general servicing and maintenance of the 250TR chiller unit. Pressure cleaning of the air cooled condenser coil, compressor and connected accessories checking the operations of all safety devices, cleaning of electrical contacts, checking the electric circuits at CASDIC complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint for complete chiller type AC plant of capacity 250TR completely to all connected items of the plant, motors, compressors with different colour including pipes lines with different colour complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of dual core internal oil filter suitable for 250TR capacity chiller unit of carrier at CASDIC complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE : CARRIER.

Supply and fixing in replacement of external oil filter suitable for 250 TR capacity chiller unit of carrier at CASDIC complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE : CARRIER.
