Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr in wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of underground cable and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated soil in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavted soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L local sand dry, filling in trenches around under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing of new sub class 'B' bricks, old size, well burnt laid flat dry for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation and mass concrete for fixing poles etc including excavation of any strata & relaxing taken out cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in coping / plinth blocks for poles and the like including weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary Steel form work and finishing the surfaces fair in forms complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of heat shrink insulation tubes for all the bus bars of Lt Panels and maintaining the RYB sequence in the system complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.5 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr connected to and incl copper strip 20x3 mm as earth lead up to 7.5 mtr long by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles,check nuts and washers etc made of galvanized iron connected to earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and as specified or indicated and testing on completion incl earth work and excavation in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, pre cost slab 40mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 with 8 mm dia MS bars reinforced at 10 cm centre to centre both ways incl funnel with watering pipe wire mesh and lugs, incl test point complete all as specified and as directed

Cutting/ trimming of tree branches not exc 10cm girth touching/approaching the LT/HT overhead lines upto 3 metre width on each side with hacksaw/axe to clear the over head line Complete side fencing of Sub Station Area 2/4 Pole Structure in the arc of HT/LT overhead lines feeders (including repair and jointing of ACSR conductor if damaged during cutting of trees) and removal of the rimmed branches of trees, removing and depositing the same away from the site, complete all as specified and directed Notes :- All tools required for the job shall be arranged by the contractor within the overall cost quoted in the item.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LT Panel board suitable for 415 Volts, 3 Phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system confirming to IS:8623/93, outdoor type floor mounted alongwith factory made type panel weather proof, vermin proof, fully ventilated and fabricated out of MS CRCA sheet of 3.15mm thick with ingress protection of IP-54 grade having heat shrinkable sleeves, louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air “U” type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof.
