Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement motar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to stores and rubbish of the premisses

M & L for Non-Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles equal to or exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.72 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with colour of tiles over and incliding screed bed 15cm in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Glazed tiles Glossy Finish in vertical surface 1200 mmX 600 X 7 -8 mm thick (or Area Exc 0.135 Sqm but Not Exc 0.72 Sqm) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colou cement to match fixed over 10mm thick CM (1:4) as in backing coat complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or Stone Boulder Masonary, Bulit in Cement Mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by Engnr-in-Charge

M & L for brickwork with Fly ash Bricks, in straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for brickwork with sub-class `B` bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and Labour for Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling all as specified including Providing and fixing Gypsum Board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons or Platforms laid bedded in any type of mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engnr-in-Charge etc.

M&L Granite of 20 mm thick (of any type and colour) work (table rubbed/grinding/ moulding and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, wash basin counter and like over and including 20 mm screed bed in CM 1:3 all as specified and directed.

Providing edge moulding to 18-20mm thick Granite Stone of any Type stone of counters vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete.
