Making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) over 75 mm bed of dry brick balast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand. including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections trusses and framed work, including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Excavating, supplying, stacking and filling of local earth (including royalti) by mechanical transport upto lead of 5 km also including ramming and watering of earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in foundation trenches, plinth, sides of foundation complete for all lift.

Cement conc. (cast in situ) 1:3:6 (I cement:3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal sizederived from natural sources.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300 x 300mm(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer)of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as white, Ivory, Grey, Fume red brown, laid in 20mm thick cement morter 1:4 (i cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete.

Providing corrugated G.S, sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polumer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and GI limpet washers or G.I limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlaping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape whenever required.

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.I.limpet and bitumen washers complete.

Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of RCC work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (I cement : 3 fine sand)

Providing and fixing 1 mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners , all necessary fittings complete, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer 10.5.2 Using flats 30 x 6 mm for diagonal braces and central cross piece

Painting on G.S sheet woth synthetic enamel paint of approved brandand manufacture of required colour to give an even shade 13.53.1 New work (two or more coats) including a coat of steel primer but excluding a coat of mordant solution

Providing & fixing false ceiling at all height including providing & fixing of framework made of special section, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanised with zinc coating of 120gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS:277 and consisting of angle cleat of size 25mm wide X 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27mm and 37mm, at 1200mm c/c, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5mm dia x50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I chanels 45x15x0.90mm running at the spacing of 1200mm c/c, to which the ceiling section 0.5mm thick bottom wedge of 80mm with tapered flanges of 26mm each having lips of 10.5mm, at 450 mm c/c, shall be fixed in a direction pependicular to G>I intermediate channel with connecting clip made out of 2.64 mm dia dia x 230 mm long G.I wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.50 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/ partitions with the help of Rawl plugs at 450mm centre, wth 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of Calcium Silicate Board to ceiling section and perimeter channels with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing & finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compounds, jointing tapes finishing with jointing compounds in three layers covering up to 150mm on both sides of joints and two coats of primer suitable for boards, all as per manufacture's specificaton and also including the cost of making opening for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cut outs made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specificaton and direction of the Engineer in charge but excluding the cost of painting with: 8 mm Thick calcium silicate Board made with Calcareous & Siliceous material reinforced with cellulose fibre manufactured through autoclaving process
