Bore hole minimum 600 mm bore perfectly vertical wth reverse rotary rig circulation method or any other method of latest technology through any kinds of strata of the layers to the complete depth including maintaining strata samples duly graphically recorded and carried out electronic log test of the layers to the complete depth suitable for lowering MS casing pipes and gravel packing for the required length complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Drilling from ground level upto 30 meter depth

Drilling from exc 30 mtr upto 60 meter depth

Drilling from exc 60 mtr upto 90 meter depth

Drilling from exc 90 mtr upto 120 meter depth

Supply assembling and lowering 300 mm dia ERW MS heavy duty black pipe as tube well casisng pipe conforming to IS :4270 into bore holes including screwed socketed and welded to each other length of pipe upto 06 mtrs long heavy duty with minimum 8 mm wall thickness including necessary fittings & fixtures and jointing from ground level dully painted with two coats of bituminous paint on external surfaces of pipe complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, assembling and lowering into bore holes 250mm dia MS casing pipe screwed socketed and welded ISI marked IS : 4270 ERW in random lengths upto 06 meters long, heavy duty with thickness not less than 8mm including necessary fittings and jointing from ground level duly painted with two coats of bituminous paint on external surfaces of pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply assembling and lowering 200 mm dia casing pipe (ISI Marked IS : 4270) ERW into bore holes including screwed socketed and welded to each other length of pipe upto 06 mtrs long heavy duty with minimum 8 mm wall thickness including necessary fittings & fixtures and jointing from ground level duly painted with two coats of bituminous paint on external surfaces of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply assembling and lowering 250 mm dia Low carbon steel pipe grade V ring type Johnson screen (suitable for above borewell) slotted pipe having 1 mm (or as recommended by Geologist and approved by GE) slot size into bore hole incl screwed socked and welded each length of pipe dully painted with two coats of biumenous paint on external surfaces of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply assembling and lowering 200 mm dia Low carbon steel pipe grade V ring type Johnson screen (suitable for above borewell) slotted pipe having 1 mm (or as recommended by Geologist and approved by GE) slot size into bore hole incl screwed socked and welded each length of pipe dully painted with two coats of biumenous paint on external surfaces of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Development of borewell by air compressor of the capacity 475 CFT/ per minutes and 1100-350 PSIG appropriate capacity as required on ground till to get clear water complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Yield test with V notch method should be adopted to ascertain maxximum draw out/ discharge of water . The reading at various interval should be recorded to work out the mean discharge /draw out of water from bore well.

Development of borewell using submersible pump of capacity 35000 GPH with variable drive to achieve sand free discharge including carrying out yield test using V notch/ other method to measure discharge (as per IS) complete

MS Reducer of size 300x250mm (Nominal bore) having wall thickness 8mm, screwed at both ends with & including necessary fitting and jointing, providing at appropriate level complete all as specified & directed.

MS Reducer of size 250x200mm (Nominal bore) having wall thickness 8mm, screwed at both ends with & including necessary fitting and jointing, providing at appropriate level complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Bore well cap made of 8 mm thick M S sheet suitable for 300 mm dia ERW MS casing pipe and dully drilled for 100 mm bore GI pipe medium grade including locking arrangement with top end of the casing pipe test complete all as specified and as directed

Bail plug of 200 mm dia ERW MS casing pipe of thickness 8mm with strong iron hook screwed and duly welded to lower most end of the casing pipe test complete as specified and as directed. (Pipe will be measured and paid for separately).

MS centering guide into borewell made out of MS flat iron ribs suitable for 200 mm bore MS casing duly welded, complete as specified and as directed

Housing clamp 150 mm long in two halves 20 cm wide made out of 20 mm thick MS plate for 300 mm dia MS Housing pipe with necessary bolts and nuts with twin washers at ground level embedded in bed block PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate of size 900 x 900 x 900mm (around borewell pipe , with 100 mm dia 1 m long 2 nos gravel feed pipe (embedded) with cap complete as specified and as directed .

Fabrication & supplying of strata sample box overall size 400x750x 100mm, made out of 18 to 20 mm thick veneered particle board, frame of aluminium angle of size 25x25x2mm having 20 Nos. partitions of size 150x100x100mm made with 12 mm thick commercial quality plywood and 25x25x2mm aluminium angle bearers, with and including sliding type sheet glass 5mm thick cover with suitable size aluminium channel frame complete as specified and as directed .

Pea gravel of size 2 mm to 3.5 mm duly screened and washed, around casing pipe and slotted pipe in the bore hole complete all as specified and directed.

Electric logging by means electric logger for the total depth of tube well 680mm dia submission of 4 copies of logging sheet one original copy and its interpretation and approval from Geoligist complete all as specified & directed.

Submersible pump, electric driven 415 V, TP 45 HP Motor with minimum 7 stage pumpset suitable for discharge of 1166 lpm , head not less than 136 Mtr. Note:- (i) Discharge case shall be fitted with suitable adopter of 100 mm nominal bore 0.6m length threaded at one end and flanged at other end to match with column pipe duly fitted with 2 Nos. flat iron supports. The adopter shall be welded to GI pipe outlet and studded with discharge case. (ii) Column pipe and control cable shall be measured and paid seprately under respactive items of schedule 'A' (iii) The length of submersible cable connected alongwith motor supplied by manufacturer shall not be measured and paid for seprately.

Galvanized Iron, column pipe 100 mm nominal bore, medium grade, in 3.00 mtr length each pipe duly flanged at both ends by welding with special provision of accessories such as MS supporting clamps having slots for housing two Nos submersible cable upto 35 Sqmm size including nuts, bolts, washers, rubber gasket etc. complete all as specified and directed.

PVC insulated multi-stranded copper conductor 25 Sq mm (nominal area) 3 core submersible cable and connected to submersible pump set including submersible cable joints & LT panel board complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix testing and commissioning chemical dozing system for disinfection of drinking water comprising of the following :- (a) Decrine dozing pump high pressure single head, adjustable dozing pump and high pressure range 0 to 100 PSI , Power 230 volts, 50 Hz, 40 Gallons per day self priming with vertical or Horizontal mounting type complete all as specified and directed. Make- DECLIBAC model No 96NGQ51 or equivalent in Aquafit /RAMCO (b) Agitator motor 120 Watt, copper wound, 900 RPM, Single phase 230 Volt with Shaft and impeller and all accessories suitable for mounting on FRP Tank lid or wall - 01 Make- DECLIBAC / Aquafit /RAMCO (c )CHEMICAL DOSING SYSTEM consisting of two Nos FRP Tanks i e 1x170 Litre capacity and 1x 100 Ltr capacity with FRP lid and level gauge alongwith water inlet /outlet line with Y strainer, drain plug, over flow pipe, having conical bottom for sludge deposition, port hole with cover Plastic - mounted on tank. Lid will have port hole for pouring Granular chemical and water and shall have provision of mounting DOSING PUMP on the Lid / Wall complete all as specified and directed. Supply, installation , electrically connected and commissioning of LT cubical panel board indoor type factory fabricated totally enclosed dust and vermin proof free standing fully compartmentalized and of suitable size design suitale for 415 volts, 3 phase 50 HZ 4 wire AC system degree of protection shall be IP-54 and made out of 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet . The panel shall have TPN copper bus bar made of high conductivity pure copper of rating 200 Amps and provision of interconnection with copper strip/leads of different size from main bus bar to switchgear . The TPN bus bar shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC/epoxy insulators of size not less than 50x50 mm conical/square type at a maximum interval of 300 mm through out the length of the TPN bus bar and provided with CTs of appropriate rating for metering equipments. The cubical shall have copper TPN extension links of current carrying capacity 150 amp , respectively . The extension links shall not be less than 300mm long supported on DMC/epoxy insulators having provision for termination of incomer and out going cables. The panel shall be powder coated seimen grey structural and mounted on a zinc metal coated stand of size ISMC 100 x 50. Panel shall be front and back openable, double door system lockable/openable by key from both sides and shall have louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air 'U' type gasket shall be used to make the panel completely vermin proof. The bottom of the panel shall contain a detachable plate having provision of entry of amroured cable of adequate size with MS glands, The panel shall have the following switchgears /starters and other accessories.

Supply and fixing in replacement of cast iron/DI fitting for sockted/ flanged pipes up to 150 mm bore such as bends, tapers, tee pieces (single & double branch) any type and angle tapers any type (straight, bends, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) Tee branch single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch cross collars caps and plugs up to 200mm bore as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Non Return Valve of cast iron for 150 mm bore pipe Class-I (ISI marked) and brass flap and seat withpout by pass arrangement, flanged both ends, joints and jointing material such as nuts, bolts, washers and rubber gasket etc complete all as specified and directed. .

Cast iron Sluice Valve ISI mark class PN-1.6 with flanged and drilled ends suitable for 150 mm nominal bore pipe / fitting with iron wheel high tensile steel spindle wth & including joints and jointing material such as bolt, nuts, washers and rubber gasket etc complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in, incl spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick layers of soft/loose soil complete and all as specified.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches/ducts for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for old size sub class `B` bricks, kiln burnt, as in cable protection laid flat with axis of brick perpendicular to the axis of the cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in vertical position Galvanized iron pipe medium grade 50mm bore of 2 mtr length each embedded in PCC block near to tube well casing for recharging of gravels complete all as specified and directed.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 in foundations, filling and mass concrete (for pole foundation) complete all as specified and directed.
