Additional Improvement works to the Anna Park at Thiyagaraya New Street No. 3 in Ward No 70 Central Zone

1.Dismantling the existing damaged brick work in Cement mortar as per the instruction of Departmental officers etc., complete

2.Earth work excavation in all kinds of soil including sand, silt, wet sand under water, black cotton, stiff black cotton, clay, hard stiff clay, hard red earth, murram, stoney earth, gravel and shales etc. excepting all kinds of rock and boulders exceeding 0.014 cum. in volume including rough dressing and dumping the excavated materials away from work site manually within 10m initial lead and 2m initial lift as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

3.Earth work excavation in all kinds of soil for pipe line works including refilling charges

4.Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, four sand and eight aggregate) using 40mm hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

5.Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix using Fly Ash bricks of 230x110x70mm (8 3/4" x 41/4" x23/4") including cost of materials and labour charges etc., as per standard specification - 1m3

6.PLASTERING with cement mortar 1:5(one cement and five sand by volume) 12mm thick for all internal/external surfaces like super structure, rainwater, ducts, elevation in all floors complying with standard specifications.

7.Supply and fixing of ornamental grills using ms pipes 40x40mm square hollow pipe and 50x25mm rectangluar hollow pipe inlcuding all charges etc complete

9.laying and jointing of pipes and specials

10.Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two fine aggregates and four coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

11. Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for staircase near wet riser using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick will be provided with tubular supports made of 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 25mm dia of 1.60mm thick welded to the railing. The supports will be grouted into the wall and provided with 93.00mm thick Stainless Steel circular base plate of 304 Grade. The rate shall included for grouting into concrete with necessary supporting arrangements the hand rail in floor polishing buffing, bonding, cutting, grinding, conveyance, welding charges, electrical charges, etc. complete

12.supply and fixing of 65 mm dia. (2 -1/2") GI pipe (class B) of 4 metre length with MS base plate duly welded at the bottom with concreting with construction of masonary pedestal with suitable SMC box with door arrangement to house 6A SP MCB switch, 2/4 way connector on suitable hylem sheet with 2 nos pf 1 metre 32mm dia. GI pipe (class B) Complete with suitable MS clamps for LED steet light fitting and SMC box with PVC unsheathed copper leads from SMC box to fitting and with painting of suitable colour .

13.Supply and Laying of 2 x 2.5 sq.mm. PVC armoured LTUG copper cable in suitable size HDPE pipe in a trench to be excavated at a depth of 0.75 metre and refilling the earth to make good

14.Supply and Run of 2 of 2.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100 V grade in Suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with continuous earth wire connection of 2.5 sq.mm copper wire with painting of suitable colour.

15.Supply and fixing of 36W Led street Fitting etc compelte

16.Providing 7 rows "Y" type barbed wire fencing over compound wall using "L" angle 50X50X6mm fixing 1.35m ht. 2.40m C/C C.C 1:3:6 mix using 20mm jelly etc complete

17.Painting with First Quality Emulsion paint two coats over a priming coat including cleaning, scrapping, removal of dust and necessary plaster of paris putty works wherever required etc., complete.

18.Painting with enamel paint two coats over base coat for new iron works using good quality and approved colour etc. completed.

19.Supply of plumber Ist class for plumbing works

20.Providing Multicolor Outdoor Ring Water Fountain inlcuding all charges etc
