Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m as per MORT&H clause Specification 301 (Sl.No 3.6)

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2. as per MORT&H clause 305 (Sl.No. 3.17)

Construction of earthen shoulder with approved material obtained from right of way with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2.with lead up to 1000m as per MORT&H clause 305 (Sl.No. 3.18)

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. (in two layers 100 mm each)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded wet mix macadam (Stablized with Emulsion and Cement) specificatied as in IRC 37-2018 including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers. With emulsion 3.5% and Cement OPC 1%

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30kg per sqm on the prepared Bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. as per MORT&H clause 503 (Sl.No. 5.2 )

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 60-90 TPH computerized type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.50 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause 505 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 60-90 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing

Excavation Earthwork in excavation for as per drawing and technial specification Clause 305.1 including setting our construction of shoring and bracing removal fo stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead fo 50 m dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excvated suitable material.
