New Construction work of the road on the Patri of Samthar Mandi to Datawali from Kuthaundh branch Betwa Canal

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with spreading, grading to required slope requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Construction of sub-grade by providing borrow pit material with 2% Lime , spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Providing,laying and spreading material on a prepared sub grade,adding cement @2% by weight to the spread material manualy, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strenght and to form a layer of sub base. CTSB

Providing,laying and spreading material on a prepared sub Base,adding cement @4% by weight to the spread material manualy, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strenght and to form a layer of base. CTB

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (V.G.-10 Gr.) using Bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared Garnular surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen (VG-10 Gr.) to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of "Type-B" as per Technical Specification Clause 508.

Providing and laying seal coat by mannual means with VG-10 Gr. grade bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type "C" as per Technical Specification Clause 510

Earthwork in excavation of foundation in black cotton soil including lift upto 1.5m and lead upto 30m and including filling, watering and ramming the excavated earth into the space between the building and sides of foundation trenches or in to the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as desired by the Engineer - in - charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches

Stone Dust filling in plinth for face wall, toe wall, central floor and also for U/S & D/S appron for C/O of rapta etc., I/C all cost of material, labour, T&P etc., as required for proper completion of work.

The routine maintenance of above road work including embankment,patri,pavement, road sides and cross drains, hume pipe culvert etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years. (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 1st year maintenance cost (0%)

The routine maintenance of above road work including embankment,patri,pavement, road sides and cross drains, hume pipe culvert etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years. (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 2nd year maintenance cost (1% Construction Cost)

The routine maintenance of above road work including embankment,patri,pavement, road sides and cross drains, hume pipe culvert etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years. (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 3rd year maintenance cost (1.5% Construction Cost)

The routine maintenance of above road work including embankment,patri,pavement, road sides and cross drains, hume pipe culvert etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years. (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 4th year maintenance cost (2% Construction Cost)
