Earth work in foundation including digging and refilling the trenches with its proper disposal within 30 meters lead and 1.50m lift with all T&P etc.

Earth filling from G.L. to plinth level with lead of 1.00 Km from the site of work including loading unloading, filling, leveling, watering compacting and dressing with all T&P etc.

Local Sand filling in plinth with cost of materials and cartage (not exceding 8.0 Km from the site of work) with all labour, T&P etc.

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for pre constructional anti termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and around the column pits wall trenches basement excavation top surface if plinth junction of wall and floor along the external perimeter of binding expansion joints, surrounding of pipes and conduit etc complete. Aldrine emulisifiable concentrate or any other approved material such as Hepthachlor or Chlordance will be used. The rate of application of chemical emulsion shall be as follows. (i) Treatment for masonary and foundation 5 Ltr/Sqm (ii) Back fill in immediate contact with foundation 7.5 Ltr/Sqm. (iii) Treatment of top surface of plinth filling 5 Ltr/Sqm (iv) Treatment junction of soil along external perimeter of building 7.50 Ltr/Sqm. (v) Treatment of soil under apron along external perimeter 5 Ltr/Sqm.

Supply and fixing Angle iron frames for Doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Angle sections of size 35x35x5 mm joints mitred and welded by angle iron 35x35x5mm or 35x5mm flat pieces to the existing T-iron frame or to the wall with dash fastener, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, all complete.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete and fixed to steel windows by welding.

Providing & fixing at proper position of collapsible steel shutters with vertical channels 20x1 with top and bottom rails of T iron 40x40x6 mm (1½x1½x¼") with 38 mm dia Steel pulleys with bolts, nuts locking arangement, stoppers, handles complete including applying a priming coat of approved red lead paint including all material, T&P etc.

Supply and fixing mosquito proof jali having 5 mesh in cach cm made of 24 B.W.G. wire of heavy quality and including cost of 25x5 mm flat iron around the jali etc complete.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS :2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS :2202 (Part I) non decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters.(35mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws)

(1.25mm) M.S. sheet duly painted with red oxide primer followed by two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete with necessary conduit entry and DP/ TPN fixing arrangements and provision for compartment for loose wires openable housing on the top and hold fast etc including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Supply and fixing of polished MDFEG/Teak ply cover for surface type BDB above 4 ways complete with 50mm hinges, aluminium kunda, chhapka and handle etc complete in all respect.

Supply and fixing of hexagonal/Round G.P. fan box of approved make made up of 1.0mm thick ISI Marked G.P. sheet spot welded Four to Eight holes of 25.4 mm for pipe entry of the box. Holes should be semi-shuttered type with 0.5 mm G.P. Sheet made upper and lower cover duly screwed fitted with 300mm round zink coted M.S. Bar 12 mm and brand name should be embosesed. Fixing with wiring conduit laid in the RCC roof before concreting alongwith supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Supply&burrying of 600mmx600mmx3mm copper plate vertically for earthing with its top at least 3m. Below ground level complete with 20mm dia G.I. pipe and funnel for watering and two earthing leads of two no 8 SWG copper wire in 15mm dia G.I. pipe up to switch board (from apron to switch board the cost of G.I. pipe and copper wire will be extra) 30cm. square C.I. frame with hinged cover,masonary housing, alternate layers of charcoal/coke and salt at least 150mm thick alround etc. complete in all respects.
