PU Grouting: Providing and grouting with single component Polyurethane Foam injection grout at dripping leakage locations, grout mixed at ratio of 10:1 (10 parts of Resin: 1 part accelerator) at the rate of 0.40kg/nozzle which will foam after reaction with water/ moisture, cream time <20 seconds, rise time <30 seconds, foam expansion more than 30 times. It has a mixed viscosity of <350 cP as per ASTM D 2196. Allow the PU foam grout to cure for 5 - 10 mins. Providing and grouting with two component Polyurethane based resin injection grout mixed at ratio of 2:1 (2 parts of Base: 1 part Hardener) which will injected through same nozzle at the rate of 0.30kg/nozzel which gives Adhesion strength >2.5 MPa, Adhesion in wet concrete >1.5MPa, Elongation >80%. It has a mixed viscosity of <350 cP as per ASTM D 2196. The finished cost to include surface preparation, fixing of non-return valve injection packers at dripping leakage locations and damp patch locations, seal the nozzles with polyester resin anchor grout Instant leak plug 0.2kg/nozzle. Crack filling with Polymer Modified Mortar: Cracks shall be treated by chasing open using electrical cutter machine to form a “V / U” space groove of approx. 15 to 20 mm wide and 15 to 20mm deep. The groove shall be cleaned with compressed air and thereafter sealed with polymer modified mortar shall be admixed with Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP or equivalent all complete as per the Engineer in charge..( CUBE Quotation)

Protective waterproof Coating : Providing and Applying two component flexible polymer modified acrylic cementitious waterproofing coating with a mix ratio of (5 Liquid :7 Powder) to the RCC surface or walls applied @ 2.2kg/m2 in 2 coats to achieve 1.2mm DFT, having Elongation at break >120% as per ASTM D 412, Tensile strength >1N/ mm2 as per ASTM D 412, Adhesion strength: 0.80N/mm2 as per ASTM D 4541, crack bridging up to 2mm as per ASTM C 836. The finished cost to include surface preparation & treatment of cracks completely as per specification. Followed by applying 15 mm thick dimensionally stable fibrous reinforced cementitious structural grade dual shrinkage Polymer Repair Mortar on internal wall damp patches @ 29kg/m2. The material having Compressive strength of 38 MPa at 28 days as per EN 12190, Adhesive Bond Test, >1.5 Mpa as per EN 1542, followed by Water curing by sprinkling water for 3 times a day for 5- 7 days. Ensure that removing internal wall plaster up to the brick level. Extend up to minimum 2 feet in wide in excess to the damp patches. clean the effected surface followed by waterproof coating should be applied across the entire surface and apply a coat of spatter dash bond coat over cured coating. The dashing shall consist of (1-part SBR : 1 Part cement: 2 part wash sand) mixed to thick slurry and kept well stirred prior to applying the Polymer Repair Mortar. Exterior Wall Waterproof cum Decorative Coating : Providing and Applying high build exterior waterproof coating for external wall, parapet & Chajja, which is single component, cold applied, Reactive Acrylate copolymer technology. Apply one base coat of universal elastomeric exterior waterproof coating @0.25L/m2 and 2nd coat with Acrylic emulsion top coat which can be tinted to any colour @ 0.17L/m2, including 2 coats DFT will be min. 170 microns, The material having followed technical properties: Attains hairline crack bridging up to 2 mm as per EN 1062 part 7, Elongation of >100 % as per ASTMD 412; Tensile strength 2.50 Mpa per ASTM D 412, including priming the surface with 1 coat of Efflorescence resistant penetrating primer dilute with water in the ratio 2:1 spreading at the rate of 0.125 l/m2 in the SSD condition. SCOFFOLDING: Providing, fixing & dismantling after use, scaffoldings made out of 32/40 mm NB-MS pipes, clamps / H-frame type scaffolding arrangement with working platform using wooden planks / MS plates (of 1.0 m width –min.) to carry out repair work of RCC slab / beam / column for the required duration at different locations. The scaffolding arrangement shall have handrails up to 1.0 m height and be stiffened with bracing, runners, connection with existing RCC columns/ beams/ masonry structure etc., in a safe manner. Fixing grouting nipples : Providing and inserting nipples with approved fixing compound after drilling holes for grouting as per Technical Specifications including subsequent cutting/ removal and sealing of the hole as necessary of nipples after completion of grouting with Cement/ Epoxy as per section 2800 of MoRTH Specifications (Revision-V) (HW-W0024,PWD SOR 2025-26, Pgno.321)

Non-Shrink grouting: Providing & Grouting of Dowel Tubes / Shear keys / Joints of Precast Members with M-60 Grade cementitious grout (non- shrink) of approved make by suitable means (Free flowing / pump), curing etc., complete as per directions of Engineer- in-Charge. Chipping of unsound/weak concrete and plaster material from slabs, beams, columns etc. till exposure of reinforcement with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.
