Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre. of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade:New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 Itr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm)

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing T-iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Tee-sections, joints mitred and welded, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primerFixing with 15x3 mm lugs 10 cm long embedded in cement concrete block 15x10x10 cm of C.C. 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).
