Backfilling with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site spreading , grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Table 300 -2 for back side of RETAINING WALL (As per MoRT&H Spec.No: 304.3.7,Rev-V-2013)

Disposing the Excess excavated earth material after utilising the backfilling by mechanical transport with a lead including loading and disposal etc., complete (As per MoRTH Spec.No: 201.4,Rev-v-2013)

Placing and fixing 12 mm or suitable size G.I. threaded nozzles of suitable length (75mm) with dummy rod (for maintaining the hole upto required depth) in an approximate grid pattern at a spacing not exceeding 1.5m c/c on the entire inner surface of retaining wall prior to or during concreting. Similar threaded nozzles shall also be provided at regular intervals not exceeding 1.00m apart along the construction joints. Adequate precautions shall be taken to keep the nozzles plugged at both ends to prevent them from clogged by concrete. Similar nozzles shall also be fixed at critical points and injection of cement slurry admixed with suitable non shrink polymer water proofing compound through the nozzles under pressure by pump such that the grout flows through all pores, cracks and sealing the nozzles after the injection operation is over with suitable quick setting admixture admixed with cement as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including cost & conveyance of all materials to site etc complete

Providing complete dewatering (Well Point method/Deep well method) during the construction of LUS including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges for maintaining and running, cost of fuel, hire charges for tools and plants, including all other incidental charges etc., complete .

SERVICE ROAD

Earth work excavation for service road in ordinary soil as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material.(As per MoRTH Spec.No: 304)

Forming Sub-grade with Quary fines having CBR not less than 8% including cost and conveyance , spreading the Carted earth uniformly to the entire embankment formation in layers of not exceeding 200 mm thick as directed by the department officers including compacting each layer to the required density in accordance with IS 2720 part VII at 97% Procter density for sub grade level keeping the moisture content at the time of compaction within the range of 1% above and 2% below the OMC using required capacity rollers to achieve the required density in each layer including watering with all leads for water and finishing the surface to the lines and grades as directed by the department officers and including hire charges and running charges for the roller and all other tools and plants employed for the work and all labour charges including compacting the original ground with power roller etc., complete.(As per MoRT&H Spec.No: 305,401&408),Rev-V2013

Providing and laying Dense graded bituminous macadam 50 mm thick with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG 30@ 4.0 to 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH 505, Rev-V-2013 and complete in all respects.

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete 30 mm thick with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG 30 @ 4.5 to 5 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT & H No: 507 ,Rev-V-2013.complete in all respects

Providing and fixing unidirectional or bi directional reflective pavement marker (RPM) or road studs bonded to or anchored within the road surface for lane marking and delineation for night time visibility with plastic body of RPM / Road studs moulded from ASA (acrylic strene acrylonitrite) of HIPS (high impact polystyrene). The marker shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D 4280. Reflective panels shall consist of number of lanes containing single or dual prismatic cube capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face. Lenses shall be moulded of methyl methecrylate conforming to ASTM D 788 or equivalent etc., complete (As per technical specification of NHAI clause A-8)
