REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF UNSERVICEABLE CI/GI PIPE LINE AND CONNECTED WORKS AT EBS AND BHOJRAJ UNDER GE(W) HISAR

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n. exc. 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width for taking up/down underground water tubing and/or laying of CI/GI pipes (new or old) of any dia and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard & dense soil (in Road cutting / plinth) n. exc. 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width for taking up/down underground water tubing and/or laying of CI/GI pipes (new or old) of any dia and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr from starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in any type of soil after the existing water pipe lines have been taken up/out and new existing pipe line laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Laying, jointing and testing galvanized iron tubes 15 mm bore medium grade with all GI i.e Sockets , Union, Nipple , Bends, Flanges etc fittings confirming toIS-1239, laid in trenches or alongwall or roofs and in floors etc and including taking down of same size complete all as specified and directed (Note : Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately)

Supply, Laying, jointing and testing cast iron pipe 80 mm bore with spigot & socket ends (ISI Marked) centrifugally cast of class LA and in any length, laid in trenches and including taking down of pipe of same size and fittings etc complete all as specified and directed (excavation and earth work, cast iron fittings or special for spigot and socketed shall be measured and paid for separately)as per IS-1536.

Description same as per srl item No. 10 here in before but size of pipe 100 mm bore

Supply Laying, jointing and testing cast iron pipe 150 mm bore with Spigot and socket ends (ISI Marked) centrifugally cast of class A and in any length, laid in trenches including taking down of pipe of same size and fittings etc complete all as specified and directed (Note: Excavation and earth work, cast iron fittings or special for spigot and socketed shall be measured and paid for separately).

S&F in replacement of gun metal gate valve ISI Marked with iron wheel head 15 mm bore complete with necessary fittings as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cast iron fittings or specials for flanged / spigot socketed end pipe upto 150 mm bore conforming to IS-1538 and ISI marked such as bends , tapers, tee pieces (single & double branch) any type, and angle/radios and Straight connecting pieces but all ends flanged complete all as specified and directed ( Note : Excavation and earth work, joints shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for mild steel covers of valve chambers duly hinged fabricating the frame by using 3.15mm thick mild steel sheet and angle iron of size 40 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm thick including making locking arrangement and fixing the above cover in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and providing hold fast of appropriate size made to shape of 50mm x 6mm mild steel flat including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and taking out unsv mild steel covers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate 100mm thick as in road cutting / foundation of shed including necessary form work & finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting cast iron pipe of size 80 mm bore for insertion of new tees, branch and reducing to required length complete all as specified and directed . ( Note: Both sides cut shall be measured as one unit)

S&F in repair Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete 20 mm dia bore screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning of underground raw water tank of 17.5 lakh gallons capacity by taking out silt , mud sand (depth of mud & silt mixed 50cm approx) and vegetables growth etc in shape of sludge including residual water and disposal of the same exc 50 but n.exc 100 mtr away, scrapping of internal surface of walls, floor with wire brush, broom, jute and cleaning the bed and slanted surfaces upto depth of silt complete. NOTE : (i) It shall be the responsibility of contractor to take out water by pumping or other means upto bottom portion/floor level of the tank (ii) Holes developed during removing/uprooting of bushes/trees shall be made good to match with the existing surface by the contractor.

M&L for internal cleaning of RCC overhead tanks of 1 lakh Gln cap (Intez tanks Type/Column supported Type ) and location at 60 ft staging by scraping, brushing the internal surface of wall and bottom floor, cleaning, removing the complete accumulated silt sludge ( incl removing and depositing where directed not exc 50 m away from O/H tanks) and washing internal surface of tank incl bottom with water, applying one coat of lime wash (internally) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 32 here-in- before but of 0.75 lakh gallons capacity complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces by removing dust, rust, oil and applying synthetic enamel paint of approved make and colour on Pipe of size 80mm bore and including sluice valves in W/S installations with colour code as complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 46 here-in- before but 100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed

Taking out layers of filter material (sand) from filter beds complete with silt and mud and depositing at a distance not exceeding 50mtr all as directed including spreading and leveling complete all as specified and directed . (Note: different materials to be segregated and deposited separately).

Supply and laying after thoroughly washing and cleaning with fresh and clean water and filling the filter media in filter bed with Approved Quartz gravels 50mm to 25mm size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for minor repairing / rectified and attending the complaint of GI pipe line leakage and repairing of size 15 mm to 25mm dia by skilled trades man and making functional including all necessary GI fittings (socket, union, elbow , Tee, etc) and 01 mtr GI pipe of above dia including excavation and earth work as required complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 53 here-in-before but of size 40 mm to 50mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top double layered ISI marked ) of 500 litres capacity, hoisted and fixed in position including connecting up pipes i.e. nipple socket / unions etc including Ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod and high density plastic ball , screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule 15mm borecomplete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoin, jambs, pillars etc. ncluding removing rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash old size bricks straight or cured on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregateas in copping /bed block / kerb etc and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1: 4 on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
