Earth work excavation for foundation and depositing on bank with in the initial lead of 10m and a lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff block cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders etc.,as per SS 20 B. TNDSS NO: 23 & 24 VI (S2) VI,VII 9,10 with standard specifications.

Construction of Granular Sub base by providing Grade I materials spreading in uniform layers onprepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at OMC andcompacting with vibratory roller to achieve thedesired density, including all labour charges etc., complete as per clause 111, 112, 401 of MORTH specifications.

Supplying and filling the foundations and basement with approved quality of Stone Dust to required thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges for well rammed and consolidated etc., complete as per standard specification

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 Mix (one part cement, four part M sand and Eight part of aggrigate) using 40 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO : 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge.

Supplying and erecting centering to sides and soffits including supports and strutting with necessary cross bracing for plain surface such as RCC slabs rectangular beams all beams lintels etc., centering for soffits upto 3 meter height using mild steel sheet of size 90 cm x 60 cm x 10 mm gauge with MS angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (CW) joists of size 10cm x 6cm spaced upto 90cm c/c and casurina props or 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 0.750 cm c/c complying with standard specifications as per TNDSS NO : 30 & 86. PCC Works - for Retaining Wall

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Mix (one part cement, two part M sand and four part of aggrigate) using 40 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO : 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge.

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -

Supplying and fabrication of steel and placing in position of TMT steel rods for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification in TNDSS NO:97 V,VI (S6) VII (S6), VII-3.

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam 250mm thick specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechnanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in Sub Base/ Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH

Providing and laying Priming coat over the WMM surface using 7.00kgs of Emulsion Bitumen [SS-1 (IS 8887:2004)] for 10 sqm area including cost of Emulsion Bitumen, labour charges for preparing the surface for laying the Tack coat and applying the required quantity of Emulsion Bitumen as Tack coat including hire charges and fuel charges for Mechanical Sprayer and all other tools & plants employed for the work etc., complete as per Clause 111, 112, 501, 502 of MORTH Specifications.

Providing and laying tack coat over the prime surface using 2.50kgs of Emulsion Bitumen [RS-1 (IS 8887:2004)] for 10 sqm area including cost of Emulsion Bitumen, labour charges for preparing the surface for laying the Tack coat and applying the required quantity of Emulsion Bitumen as Tack coat including hire charges and fuel charges for Mechanical Sprayer and all other tools & plants employed for the work etc., complete as per Clause 111, 112, 501, 503 of MORTH Specifications.

Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Macadam using 0.24cum of 26.50-13.20mm, 0.25 cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.23 cum of 2.36mm & below and with 53.20Kgs of VG30/VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing the min. required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to worksite, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compacted by Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver at site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20- 30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher /9m paver finisher, Vibratory / Pneumatic rollers and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 111, 112, 501, 505, 900 of MORTH Specification Rev-5.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 30mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00 - 9.50mm, 0.17cum of 9.50 -2.36mm and 0.26cum of 2.36 and below with 50.30 kgs of VG30 / VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing the min required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 30mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10tonne Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher / 9m paver finisher, Vibratory / Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 111, 112, 501, 507, 900 of MORTH Specification Rev-5.

Road Marking with Hot applied Thermoplastic compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.
