Earth work excavation in all classes of soils such as hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, ordinary earth, earth mix with 50% fair sized boulders etc., with initial lead and lifts including laying, spreading, leveling, sectioning breaking clods etc., including all incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification . for Foundations SS 20B

Supplying and Filling in foundation and basement with Filling Stone Dust in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed,watered consolidated including cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges etc., complete as per Standard Specification and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.24&25).

Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (One cement four and eight aggregates) using 40mm gauge hard broken including cost conveyance of all materials to site including labour charges, transporting and placing in position including shoring, strutting forming protective bunds, cofferdams bailing out of water labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curing, working at depths, tools and plants and incidental charges such as sheeting, shoring and bracing and their subsequent removal etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists(Country wood) of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.for the following items.(RCC floor slab, roof slab, Rectangular/ square, Tee/ Ell beams, Lintels, staircase waist slabs, Landing slabs, Landing beam, Portico beam etc., ).

Plain Cement concrete 1:3:6 (One cement three M-sand Six aggregates) mix using 20mm gauge hard granite broken stone jelly for bed blocks including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all labour charges etc complete with standard specification.

Providing, Laying, Spreading and Compacting grading aggregates to WET MIX MECADAM Specification in 250mm thick in two layers each layer in 125mm thick including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant. Cariage of mixed materials by tipper to work site laying in uniform layers with pavers in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density etc complete 111,112,406 &900 MORTH Specification

Supplying and laying Rubberised interlocking Paver block M40 grade Providing and laying of 80mm thick high strength type conforming IS 15658-2006 of rubberized interlocking paver lock in size of minimum compressive strength of 40N/mm2 in uniform shape of approved make to be laid in flurring bone pattern with stone dust cushion below the uniform shap of approved non skitting surface in the top and the rate including levelling the base preparation of pavers as sub base, stone dust cushion 150mm thick laying out of pavement cut the pieces to fix the edge vibring the pavers,sweeping tranporting loading unloading of laying paver block as per standard specification,.
