Technical Bid

RequiredThe bidder shall be registered KPWD/ CPWD Contractors Class-III and above.

RequiredThe bidder shall have GST registration certificate issued by competent authority.

RequiredEligible Tenderers will be qualified only if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under- Assessed available tender capacity AxNx2.5-B, For Reserved category AxNx5.0-B

RequiredThe statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent.

RequiredThe contractor shall upload the turnover certificates for the financial years 2022-23 to 2024-25, duly certified by a Chartered Accountant/Auditor. The turnover of at least one of these years must be more than the amount put to tender, for the purpose of evaluating tender capacity.

Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
