Providing and Fixing of Mineral Fibre Suspended Ceiling System with Bioguard (Bevelled Tegular) EDGE TILES WITH 15 mili metre Exposed GRID. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, Light Reflectance 90%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Colour White, Fire Performance UK Class 0/Class 1 (BS 476 Part 6 and 7), in module size of 600x600 x 16 mili metre with Anti Microbial coating on the face of the tile, suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 34%. The tile shall be laid on precoated Galvanised Iron channel on XL2 Clip having a web height of 32 mili metre 32 with 15 mili metre wide T - section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the Main Runner and 1200 mili metre Cross Tees with a web height of 32 mili metre and a load carrying capacity of 7.7 Kilograms/ Square Metre and pull out strength of 100 Kilograms . The T Sections have a Galvanizing of 90 grams per Square Metre and need to be installed with Suspension system The Tile and Grid system used together should carry a 10 year warranty. products approved at GRIHA and BS 476 etcetera complete.
