Execution of complete scope of work on Lump sum turn Key basis within Project schedule & adherence to Quality and Safety guidelines for the Scope of Work of this tender which includes: a. Project Management, Design, Survey, detailed engineering, manufacturing, procurement of materials and bought out components, mandatory spares, assembly at shop, inspection, testing at manufacturer's works, packing, Transportation / delivery from Vendor's Works to Bidder's site store and from Bidder's Site Store to Work Site, loading, unloading and documentation for the Telecommunication system as per instruction to vendors, datasheets, drawings, EIL standard specification, Scope of Work, Job Specification etc. (Indicative Bill of Materials attached as Annexure-XXXI to SCC.). b. Installation, integration, termination as per enclosed instruction to vendors, datasheets, drawings, EIL standard specification, Scope of Work, Job Specification etc. (Indicative Bill of Materials attached as Annexure-XXXI to SCC). c. Complete Testing and commissioning of Telecommunication system, completion of SAT, Trial Run, handing over complete system to client, handing over of mandatory spares and post-commissioning back-up for entire system. d. Storage of all items as per scope in Bidder's Site Offices/Store (covered warehouse) up to 15 months from the date of complete supply of material at site or delivery schedule whichever is later. e. Training for owner personnel at vendor's works and at site, as per the enclosed instructions to vendor. Bidder to consider any other material/item/services also required for completion of the TELECOMMUNICATION SYSTEM (PACKAGE-18)(PART-A) but not specifically identified and covered above for completion of package works.
