M&L for Sub main wiring with two runs of 4 Sqmm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH 1100 volts grade cable drawn through and including PVC concealed conduits medium grade ISI marked 32mm dia (External)in roof & walls with conduit accessories and one run of single core PVC(Green colour) insulated but unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor of size 1 x 4 Sqmm 1100 volts grade cable as earth continuity conductor including making good the disturbed surfaced to match the existing surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: Two runs of 4 Sqmm , one run of 4 Sqmm earth conductor and one run of conduit shall be measured and paid as one metre length of unit.

S&F LED Street light fitting having ingress protection class minimum IP-65 , suitable for road lighting luminaire with high power LED and maintenance free system for capacity 20 W complete with and including 32 mm bore light grade GI pipe bracket (1.5m long) duly bent to shape including 2 Nos mild steel Flat iron (40 mm x 5 mm) clamps, nuts, bolts, washers etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note : Mild steel clamps, nuts, bolts, washers etc shall be painted with 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide metal primer before fixing at different positions.

M&L for brick masonry valve pit chamber of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 600 mm( internal dimension), with 3.15 mm thick mild steel sheet cover fixed with two Nos stainless steel hinges of 75 mm long on angle iron frame of size 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm thick (mild steel sheet cover and angle iron frame shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer) , PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in foundation, 230 mm thick brick masonry wall with sub class B bricks, built in cement mortar 1:4, 50mm thick coping with PCC 1:3:6 , type C-0 ( using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) , 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 to all internal and exposed surfaces of valve pit including necessary excavation and earth work etc complete all as shown in drawing & as directed.

Supply, laying , jointing & testing of HT XLPE cable 95 Sqmm, 3 core, 11000 volt grade (earthed) screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured (Heavy duty) with aluminium stranded conductor ISI marked IS-7098 (Part-I) 1977 and Part-II of 1985 laid in pipe / ducts/ trenches under floor and road or fixed to wall etc complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Excavation & earthwork will be measured & paid under respective items.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of SF insulated VCB, HT 11 KV, 3 Phase, 50 HZ, indoor type, totally enclosed/metal clad switch gear complete having rupturing capacity of 400 MVA, 400 Amps, overload earth fault and short circuit protection, Voltmeter range (0-15 KV) and Ammeter (0-630 Amps), required battery bank with charging arrangement complete of following specifications mentioned in IS/IEC-62271-100 &200 including latest amendments/additions including following:- (a) Motorised spring charging mechanism with 24 volts DC universal motor 200 watts and having charging time less than 10 seconds.(b) Bus bar chamber including a set of 3 phase 600 Amps copper bus bars to be provided for further extension in future, if necessary.(c) Dual core dual ratio Current Transformer (CT) chamber comprising of 3 Nos, single phase resin cast / ring core CTs of 200-100 / 5+5, burden not less than 15 VA and accuracy class 0.5, for metering, having class 5P10 for protection as per IS:2705-01 Set (d) Potential Transformer (PT), 3 Phase, dry type (resin cast) fixed type 11KV/110 Volts, Burden 100 VA, Accuracy class 0.5 with HT & LT HRC fuses/MCB for primary and secondary complete all as specified and as directed as per IS: 3156-01 Set.

The transformer shall be confirming to IS-1180 Part 1 : 2014 and BEE 3 level certified complete with all standard fittings and accessories, gauges, first filling of transformer oil etc complete all as specified and as directed (For Sub Station No. 2) (a) Oil conservator with filling hole and cap drain valve and oil level gauge (b) Silica gel breather with connecting pipe, first fill of dehydrating agent (c) Explosion relief mounted on tank with double diaphragm and equalizer pipe connected to conservator air spoon (Pressure release valve.)(d) Air release plug. (e) Oil temperature indicator (gauge) having range 0⁰ C to 120⁰ C, 100 mm dial type .
