The mast shall be made from steel grade of BSEN 10025 and should be in two sections (each of length 8375 mm or Top length 5470mm & Bottom length 10980mm) with the bottom section shall be of 4mm thick and top section of 3mm thick both the sections should be joined by telescopic slip joint. The Bottom dia should be of 410mm or more while top dia should of 150mm. The bottom section should have anti vandalism looking type door size of 1200mm*250mm. The mast Section should be fabricated for metal protections through hot dip galvanized and thickness of galvanization should be less than 86microns. The mast should be suppied with components including head frame 7 Pulley assembly, winch, Bracket, Lantern, carriage ring for, Luminaries 7 CG box mtg. Arms Resting Bracket guide, Ring, Compensating Disc, lightning arrestor, LED AOL, wire rope, Safety, Wire rope, D Suckle, Clamps, nuts & Bolts, Internal cable, foundation accessories, winchassembly with two drums with SWL 750KG, and internal power tool of 2HP with control panel. The size of Base plate diameter should be of 570mm or more thickness should be 25mm with suitable foundation Work, Supply and fixing of 200W LED Flood light fitting system made of pressure die cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughened glass cover confirming to IP65. Separate compartment for LEDs & electronic driver with CCT of 4100K-6000K, PF>0.9. System efficacy>85. Operating voltage range of 140V to 270V with surge arrestor Minimum of 4 KV. Driver current is 750mA. THD < 10% umens package not less 100 Im/W for LED Source.
