M&L for Cleaning of over head tank, (staging from 6 meter to 18 Meter) (inside) by scraping with hard steel wire brushes and descaling of over head tank (reservoir), brooming slit and other deposit from inner side (bottom of dome ) collecting and taking out the same with the help of manual labour and removing and deposited to a distance not exceeding 50 m all as directed and making OHR complete clean and washing properly with bleaching mixed water and applying two coats of thick quick drying lime wash on entire surface (inner) top and bottom including writing date of cleaning with white paint on black painted surface of back ground at two places and painting of inner steel ladder of tank with one coat of synthetic enamel paint including painting to external surface of existing pipes (washout, overflow, delivery and inlet lines as per colour code) and all types of valves in the perimeter of OHTs all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge for the following :-

M&L for cleaning of UG Sump of capacity 15 lakh gallon by scraping with hard steel wire brushes and physical cleaning of sump after drain out the water using Pump sets/ manual/ washout valves etc, removing the deposits and other waste materials and taking out waste to a distance of not exec 50 Mtrs all as specified and directed including cleaning and washing properly with bleaching mixed water and applying two coat of thick quick drying lime wash on entire inner surface of the sump and writing the Date of cleaning with white paint on black back ground at minimum two places out side /top of sump and painting of steel ladder of tank with two coats of synthetic enamel paint including painting and rewriting of water level indicator with existing colour complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in – charge.Note:- Necessary T & P and material for the Job shall be arranged by contractor and ensure uninterrupted water supply to feeding area.

All as per item no 2 above, but UG sump of capacity of 50000 Gallons

M & L for cleaning of Flocculator and intake and outlet channel (inside) by scraping with the help of shovels, hard brushes and physical cleaning of surface by descaling/brooming silt and sludge and other scales from inner side ( bottom of dome) collecting and taking the same out with help of manual labour and deposited to a distance not exceeding 50 m all as directed and making the tank/channel complete clean including washing the inner surface properly with bleaching powder mixed water and painting with two coats of food grade paint over a coat of primer on entire surface (inner) including writing date of cleaning with white paint on black back ground at two places and painting with epoxy to the inner steel structure, racker arm and rotating plate form, motors , gear assy, hand rail and other connected structure all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for dismantling the electric induction motor 415 volts AC 3 Phase, capacity 75 HP to 100 HP, 440 V, 50Cycle of any make and type from the foundation and pump after disconnecting electric cable connection and earthing etc. and transportation to civil workshop for repair/rewinding, strip opening the motor and removing of defective burnt winding, rewinding the motor after cleaning the rotor and stator with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable turn and gauge as per the original with proper insulation including varnishing, providing all high grade material and class ‘B’ varnish for insulation, reassembling the complete motor and re-fixing at the existing site with electric cable connection, earthing, proper alignment with pump and testing the motor on full load at site after coupling the pump for its serviceability up to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Super enamelled copper winding wire shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this BOQ as supply only. (ii) Necessary T & P/ vehicles shall be arranged by the contractor and quoted rates ahll be inclusive of above provision.

All as per srl item No. 5 here-in-before but electric motor of capacity 15 HP to 50 HP.

M&L for disconnecting the Centrifugal pumps of capacity 75 HP to 100 HP of any make and model from motor and all water connections and removing/taking up from foundation, taking to respective (original pump manufacturer) authorised dealer workshop for repair/strip opening and repairing of pumping sets by changing the defective/unserviceable parts such as bearing, shaft, impeller, bush, Gland plate etc. complete and reassembling including oiling, greasing replacement of worn out nuts, bolts, gasket etc, and re-fixing in its original position at site, making all connections, commissioning and testing for smooth and noise free operation etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes :- (i). Ball bearing, shaft, impeller, bush, Gland plate & stuffing box packing, Cooling tube with Banjo nut, O ring, Shoulder ring , Gasket Packing, Vent valve, Gland rope and Set of rubber oil seal etc shall be replaced if required and the same shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BOQ as supply only. (ii) Necessary T & P/vehicles shall be arranged by the contractor and the quoted rates shall be inclusive of above provision.

All as per srl Item No. 07 here-in-before but pumping sets of capacity 15 HP to 50 HP.

M&L for lifting the defective open well submersible pumping set of capacity upto 10 HP complete after disconnecting electric cable connection for checking and repair and winding of open well submersible electric motor upto 10 HP by using PVC insulated copper conductor winding wire of suitable turn and gauge as per the original with proper insulation including varnishing, providing all high grade material and class ‘B’ varnish for insulation, reassembling the complete submersible motor pump and testing including reconnecting the electric cable connection complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Super enamelled copper winding wire shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this BOQ as supply only. (ii) Necessary T & P/vehicles shall be arranged by the contractor and the quoted rates shall be inclusive of above provision. (iii) The rates of repairing of pump, jointing and joining materials shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for lifting the defective bore well submersible pumping set of capacity upto 15 HP complete after disconnecting electric cable connection for checking and repair and winding of bore well submersible electric motor upto 15 HP by using PVC insulated copper conductor winding wire of suitable turn and gauge as per the original with proper insulation including varnishing, providing all high grade material and class ‘B’ varnish for insulation, reassembling the complete submersible motor pump and testing including removing dismantling of GI pipe 40mm to 80mm dia flanged/socket with electrical cable and lowering back the same including connecting GI pipes / cable etc after ,dismantling the pump set completely if required for replacement of Unserviceable /worn out parts/cable/pipe and assembling the same and servicing/ testing , complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Super enamelled copper winding wire shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this BOQ as supply only. (ii) Neccessary T & P/vehicles shall be arranged by the contractor and the quoted rate shall be inclusive of above provision. (iii) The rate of repairing of pump, jointing and joining materials shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iv) GI Pipe and cable if replacement required shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items of this BOQ.
