of providing round the clock O & M of Fire Fighting,

Fire Alarm and Public Address systemin the common

areas at NBCC Plaza, PushpVihar, Sector V, Saket,

New Delhi as per Specifications, Scope of Work and

Terms & Conditions defined in the tender documents.

4 Sub Head - IV(Operations of the Lifts)

Operation of 8 nos. Johnson make 16 persons capacity

passenger lifts installed in the NBCC Plaza as per time

schedule given in Specifications and scope of work in

the tender document. (From 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM)

Sub Head - V (Maintenance of Sanitary

Operation & Maintenance of Plumbing/Sanitary

Installations water supply line, toilets in the common

areas at NBCC Plaza including minor/ petty materials ,

seasonal plant etc.. The contracotr has to pruchase
