M&L for preparing new plastered surface of wall concrete surfaces (Plain or rough) and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint in camouflaging pattern @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over as generated by the station authority and RGB values variation from 110 to 171 by using 4 to 5 colour shades as per approved pattern at a height n. exc. 15 mtr as per sample approved by GE, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: The percentage and shades of the colours may change as per pattern without any financial effect. (i) Engineer-in-Charge shall ensure complete quantity of material as per manufacturer's instruction shall be brought out by the bidder and to be deposited in MES Store Yard of AGE B/R-I before commencement of work. The material shall be issued to the contractor on daily basis as per requirement at site and record of the same shall be kept by Engineer in Charge. (ii) Double Scaffolding shall be provided by the contractor for execution of work, where required, rate for the same is included in unit rate quoted by the bidder and nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor on this account (iii) All safety measures shall be provided by the contractor to the labourers and nothing extra shall be paid by the department on this account. (iv) Due to electric fence on perimeter wall, special permission is to be required for execution of work & the same is required to be obtained from the Engineer in Charge before commencement of work but note that the work is required to be completed within the stipulated time.
Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.
M&L for Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc. including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.
M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350x250x7mm/ 450x300x7mm thick or desired approved size by accepting officers including 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Granite (of any Type) work table rubbed and polished 18 mm thick machine cut,in steps, jams, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like laid and bedded over 15 mm thick cement mortar in CM(1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to macth with shade of granite, including making 01 x hole for gas pipe in each cooking platform, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Note: (i) The percentage and shades of the colours may change as per pattern without any financial effect. Note- (ii) Engineer-in-Charge shall ensure complete quantity of material as per manufacturer's instruction shall be brought out by the contractor and to be deposited in MES Store Yard of AGE B/R I before commencement of work. The material shall be issued to the contractor on daily basis as per requirement at site and record of the same shall be kept by Engineer in Charge. (iii) Double Scaffolding shall be provided by the contractor for execution of work, where required, rate for the same is included in unit rate quoted by the bidder and nothing extra shall be paid to the bidder on this account (iv) All safety measures shall be provided by the contractor to the labourers and nothing extra shall be paid by the department on this account. (v) Due to electric fence on perimeter wall, special permission is to be required for execution of work & the same is required to be obtained from the Engineer in Charge before commencement of work but note that the work is required to be completed within the stipulated time.
