Dismounting the defective 800 KW, 6.6 KV motor from its foundation after disconnecting the relevant electrical connections, by using proper tools & plants, maintaing necessary precautionary measures. This includes the cost for lifting the motor up, from the lower basement to the floor level of the pump house with the aid of adequate man power and departmental hoisting arrangement.
Cost for transportation of the said motor from site to workshop at Durgapur by hired vehicle including loading at site by engaging competent manpower
Unloading the job (Motor Rating - 800 KW, Operating Voltage - 6.6 KV, Rotational Speed - 1490 RPM, Frame - NG450, at the workshop and carrying out the following tasks by engaging personnel having sufficient knowledge pertaining to the work :-
Physical inspection of the motor
Testing of IR and Pl
Measurement of stator winding resistance and inductance
Measurement of BTD RTD resistance
No Load run of the motor with LT supply if motor permits
Measurement of Vibration Temperature
Dismantling of motor
Separation & cleaning of component
Measurement of bearing housing
Condition checking of Bearings, DTT, TB etc.
Checking of Rotor
Add GST @ 18%
Add CESS @ 1%
