The prospective Bidder shall be a vehicle manufacturer or authorized vehicle dealer or Vehicle Supplier and shall have proven experience in similar kind of works such as providing/selling vehicles to any utility pertaining to various PSUs/ State Govt. / Central Govt./ any reputed organizations/ Schools/Hospitals etc., of value not less than Rs. 9.28 Lakhs (Excl. GST). In proof of the above, purchase order copy issued from competent authority and invoice copy of corresponding purchase order shall be furnished. The purchase order copy furnished shall be of within the preceding five financial years (i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26). (A weightage of 10% per year is applicable to previous work/purchase orders to bring them to the current financial year 2025-26).

The bidder should have a minimum financial turnover or average annual financial turnover of Rs. 18.56 Lakhs in any two financial years from the preceding five financial years (i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26). In proof, the bidder shall upload scanned copies of annual turnover certificate/ profit & loss statement duly certified by chartered accountant. (A weightage of 10% per year is applicable to bring the current price level of 2025-26)
