Pre-Construction anti-termite treatment plinth area – surface treatment stage-1 :- Completion of earth work for column footings before laying plain cement concrete 25mm dia Hole spaced at 30cm center to center on both direction will be made at the bottom of earth workand the chemical will be poured in the holes and will be sprayed in the four sides of earth work at the rate of 3 litres of chemical solution (Chlorophyrifos emulsion diluted in ration 1:19 (One emulsion and 19 water ) per square metre payment shall be made after completion of 3 stages. stage-II :- After filling the basement before laying flooring concrete with filling Crushed stone sand(M-Sand) 25mm dia holes to adepth of 450mm will be made inside the basement and the chemical will be poured in the holes at the rate of 3 litres of chemical solution (Chlorophyrifos emulsion diluted in ration 1:19 (One emulsion and 19 water ) per square metre payment shall be made after completion of 3 stages.
Peripheral treatment stage-III.On completion of building and leveling the outer area adjacent to the walls column ground ponds of size (900X300 mm will be filled in the ponds at the rate of 3 litre of chemical solution per Rm payment shall be made after completion of 3 stages. Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no Sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers.
