Taking down ACSR conductor of any size and type from pole complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old damaged Cross arms, bracing supports, clamps ad back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old damage Steel HT pole of any size and type complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable insulators of any type, any size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable earthing complete with rusted strip & earth plate of any shape & size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable GI tubes light grade 80 mm dia, on place of rusted GI pipe in support of cables complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate no. 01, dia of stay rod is 20 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Steel tubular swaged poles of 11.0 mtr long, type 410-SP-55 complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, painted with two coat of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed portion including painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of two different colour of 30 cm wide strip up to 1.5 mtr height from top of PCC coping and numbering of poles with black synthetic enamel paint of size as specified and directed. Note :-Excavation, earth work, PCC foundation & PCC coping shall be measured & paid under respective items.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtrs wide & not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth in soft or loose soil & getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50mtr & deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtrabove the ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Returning , filling in spreading, leveling, watering & well Ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying un reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class HVP type-2 flat size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm for cable protection laid length wise perpendicular to the edges of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying m-sand for cushioning to underground cable in layers of 23 cm (8 cm deep before laying of cable and 15cm deep over the cable) after laying the cable in trenches including punning thickness up to 18 cm , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement for danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick MS sheet, vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fix with MS clamps, bolts, nuts of approved size, for HT, 25 x 20 cm size complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of Aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) conductor of HT over head line stringing properly on insulators and binding with aluminium binding wire conductors jumpers etc complete for any size of conductor as specified and directed.

M&L For Shackle type insulator porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator of 150 mm height and 150 mm dia including GI strap 38 X 5 mm , two galvanized iron washers one galvanized iron nut & Bolts of 20 mm, complete suitable for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundations of poles, struts & stay assembly etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in copping of poles etc including fair finishing the exposed surface even and smooth with out using extra cement and necessary form work all as specified and directed

M&L For Cross arms, bracing supports, clamps ad back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers welding, bending drilling, cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate no. 01, dia of stay rod is 20 mm complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Earth work and PCC measured and paid separately under respective items.

S&F in replacement lightening arrester expulsion type complete with all fitting transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo amp, 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of cable route indicator/locator for HT cable made out of CI of size 80 mm dia welded with angle iron of size 40mm x 40mm x 5mm of suitable length including grouting of PCC work of size 60x60x450 mm deep including taking down complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) CI round plate should be reflective type and boldly marked HT CABLE 11 KV with red colour in white background. (b) Thickness of letters should not be less than 5mm.

Supply and laying or fixing in replacement GI tubes light grade 80 mm dia, on place of rusted GI pipe in support of cables, on pole/wall/laid in floor/in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cable end jointing kit incl taken out for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE cable armoured aluminium conductor of size 95 sq mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cable end jointing kit incl taken out for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE cable armoured, aluminium conductor of size 95 sq mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cable jointing kit incl taken out for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95sqmm complete all as specified and directed including taking down old one.

Supply and Laying, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts earthed, FR, cross sectional area 95 sq mm all as specified and directed including taking down old one.

Supply only 40 mm size stone aggregate grade 1 for spreading and leveled in Sub Station around two pole/four pole structure all as specified and directed.

Overhauling & repair with, servicing reassembling including checking of wiring, testing complete of HT vacuum circuit breaker (VCB's) floor mounted indoor type 11 KV AC, 3 phase, 50 Hz, up to 800 Amp, rupturing capacity totally enclosed metal clad switchgear panel board with common copper tinned bus bar complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:-1. Replacement of spares/accessories are paid under respective items.

M&L for replacement of unserviceable balancing spring set of 02 nos for holding or charging/closing mechanism link to auxiliary tripping rod for VCB complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of unserviceable tripping coil for VCB complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of unserviceable charging motor for VCB complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing AC&DC Power Pack Box with inbuilt rechargeable battery for VCB, input AC volt 110V-220V and output DC 110 volt complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying synthetic rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage upto 11 KV for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2 m x 1 m.

M&L for fixing in replacement of unserviceable MCCB, 415 volt, adjustable type, 36 kA breaking capacity, 4 pole, capacity 400 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

Installation cleaning, bushes and grass cutting including removing cutting materials complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Triple pole, mechanically Gang operated Device for 11 kV, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 200 amps complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Earthing for poles complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point incl excavation and earthwork all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm X 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below ground level earth plate connected with GI earthing strip (32x6mm) as earthing lead for transformer/feeder pillar box etc by means of bolts, nuts, check nut and washers of galvanized iron all as shown in Electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR part I and testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work, adequate common slat, charcoal dust and funnel PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 pit with pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover, 40mm thick reinforced with 6 mm dia bars, MS bar 3 Nos both ways funnel with 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe and earthing lead 40mm light grade protection pipe complete all as specified and directed.
