Supply and installation for Sheet Moulding Compound (SMC) panel tank in the size of 5 mtr x 4 mtr x 2 mtr (40 KL) complete all as per manufacturer instuction. Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 in two layers (10 mm +5 mm) on external faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement with using approved Liquid Water Proofing Compound on second layer (5 mm) as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Material and labour for Hardcore of broken stone or boulder gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified.

Supply and fix as in repairs 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints for laying in weep holes complete all as specified. Supply and fix M.S Galvanised galvanised mesh of size 50 mm x 50 mm 3 mm for aggregate all around for weap holes aggregate in form of cubes for holding aggregates.

Material and labour for 40 mm thick granite or trap stone extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses complete all as specified.

Dismantling existing u/s valvepit & Construction of brick masonary valve pit one brick thick wall in cm 1:4 and 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 in foundation and 15 mm thick plastering. Providing valve pit cover made of 3 mm thick MS sheet/plate welded with 50x50x6 mm angle iron frame fixed or top of valve pit by means of hold fast 150mm long, embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B1, bricks of size 230x110x75 including two coat of anticorrsive paint over a coat of red oxide primer and necessary earth work in soft/ loose soil for 1.2 mtr x 1.2 mtr x1.2 mtr sizes complete all as directed.

Material and labour for earthing with copper earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm X 3.15 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to 20 mm x 3 mm thick copper strip protected by 40 mm bore light grade galvanised iron pipe and other end connected to test point as directed including funnel with wire mesh and watering pipe 20 mm bore medium grade galvanised iron pipe with charcoal and common salt in alternaterlayers of 15 cm thickness all around the copper plate electrode with concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 with cast iron frame including cast iron cover10mm thick hinged to CI frame and 8mm MS rod for handle including painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and put number marked with GI plate above 45 cm from ground level as per colour code in AF station, necessary excavation and earth wok in soft/loose soil and disposal of spoil to a distance n exc 50 m and necessary testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-I including taking out old earthing all as specified. Note: (i) The cost of copper strip and GI protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Supply and fixing sub-main wiring with PVC insulated & unsheathed two run of 1.50 Sqmm single core multistrand copper conductor cable (FRLSH), 1100 Volt grade alongwith single run of 1.50 Sqmm PVC insulated & unsheathed copper conductor cable (FRLSH) 1100 Volt grade, connected to common earth dolly as earth continuity conductor, drawn through minimum 20 mm PVC conduit complete all as specified and directed.
