Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings exc. 15cm thickness (above ground level) including removal of debrish out of MoD Land.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as in sunken portion wall & floor in cement mortar 1:4, to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement with water proofing compound by weight as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. (WPC will be paid separately).

Supply only Liquid Water Proofing compound complete all as directed. Make : Dr. Fixit

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg per sqm incl. cleaning surfaces complete all as specified

M&L for cement concrete type E2 1:5:10 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, mass concrete and filling in sunken floor etc complete all as specified

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premices complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free anti skid coloured ceramic tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (squre or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but n.exc. 0.18sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surfaces, laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. All as per item above but in skirtings laid over 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4.

M&L for joint free non skid coloured ceramic tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (squre or rectangular) area of each tile n.exc. 0.11sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surfaces, laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Kajaria/Somany/Cera.

M&L for joint free coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 300x200x7mm/ 450x300x7mm thick set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over & including 15mm thick cement rendering in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Kajaria/Somany/Cera.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in foor, aprons etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete laid over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 all as specified and as directed.

M & L for kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed base and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete laid over 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 16 to 18mm thick marble slabs (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cill, cooking platform and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of marble laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4..

S& F for Chequerred cement concrete tiles 20cmx20cmx25mm thick, with grey cement and pigment, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6

M&L for 60 mm thick factory made reflective type heavy duty smooth finish cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction casted in rubber/PU mould on a vibrating table of approved size and design/ shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of course sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. incl vibrating the surface with vibrating machine complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. ( Note : Independent test reportwill be submitted before 1st RAR)

Making holes on kitchen platform, facilitate to insert gas tubing in appropriate size and shape.

Rounding to edges of kota stone slabs on edge, such as in steps and other similar situations.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars etc of any description including removing debrish from site complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified

M&L for 10mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 in ceilings, to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, to be finished even and fair with water proofing compound by weight as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified . (WPC will be paid separately).

M&L for preparing plastered or unplastered new surfaces on ceilings including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing plastered or unplastered new surfaces on walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over one coat of alkalic resistent primer complete all as specified .

M&L for preparation of surfaces plastered or unplastered new surfaces on walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved colour and shade complete all as specified .

M&L for 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in flooring finished even and smooth with using extra cement.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protections, to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete including use of necessary form work all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for pre-cast cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in kerb stone (factory made) on road and path etc complete all as specified.

M&L for Cutting chases, pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills,sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring,etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth all as spd and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated plastered or concrete surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paintover a coat of primer complete all as specified.

Taking up or down 15mm steel tubing, bore of pipe in 15mm and connections in walls, ceilins, floors, etc including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified

Taking up or down 20mm steel tubing and connections in walls, ceilins, floors, etc including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified

M&L for GI tubing, 15mm bore `medium grade` with all fittings and fixed completeto walls and ceilings or laid in floors etc complete all as specified and directed

Re-fixing old steel tubing, bore of pipe in 15mm and connections including connections in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floors, etc) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for GI tubing, 20mm bore `medium grade` with all fittings and fixed completeto walls and ceilings or laid in floors etc complete all as specified .

Re-fixing old steel tubing, bore of pipe in 20mm and connections including connections in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floors, etc) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down CI, AC, PVC pipes of 100/110mm dia of any description including all fittings complete all as specified.

All as per item above but 75/80 mm dia pipes

S&F for 75mm bore cast iron waste and vent pipe in any length with or without ears fixed to walls including suitable clamps after every one mtr of interval with cement joints fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed

S&F for 100mm bore cast iron waste and vent pipe in any length with or without ears fixed to walls with cement joints fixed to wall including suitable clamps after every one mtr of interval complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs for CI 75mm bends with door.

Supply and Fixing 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls and laid in trenches including suitable clamps at one meter of interval complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs for PVC (SWR) bends of radius, suitable for 110mm dia PVC pipes fixed complete all as specified

Dismantling water tanks exc 250 & n exc 500 capacity in litres and removing to store

S&F for 500 ltr rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified

S&F in repairs for cast iron cowls 100 mm size

S&F in repairs for CI 100mm single branch piece with door

S&F in repairs for CI 75mm single branch piece with door

MOU : (a) The quantities for item No 07, 09 & 10 for schedule 'A' will have a MoU with any of the make listed in Sch 'A' Part-I (b) The Contractor will upload the MoU that the company is ready to supply requisite quantity to department and provide sale invoice to the department in original. The company will also undertake guarantee for its quality and quantity to be supplied. (c) In case, the vendor fails to upload the MoU, his technical bid will be completely rejected.
