Excavation in foundations trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in hard/ soft rocks, chiselling / wedgeing out of hard /soft rock including dewatering in saturated soil upto all leads and lifts stacking the excavated soil / materials not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 centimetre layers when required into plinths side of foundations etc., consoildating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1 : 2 :4 ( 1cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all lead and lifts as per Direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 milimetre thick welding with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 milimetre, so as to give fair finish including centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 metres and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and laying in trenches GMS tube fitting i/c earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for seprately of the following nominal bore

125 mm dia of the following nominal bore

Providing and fixing CI sluice valve (with hand wheel) as per IS: 780-1984 class --I up to 300 mm dia (i/c brass spindle & as per 2906-1984 class-II for dia 300 mm complete with bolts, nuts rubber insertion etc. the tail piece if required vshall be measured and paid for seprately )

125 mm dia of the following nominal bore

Wire crate made of G.I. wire filled with boulders with square cut faces aginst the wire (wire crate to be measured and paid for separetaly) the weight of boulder should not be less than 18 kg.each within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Wire crate made of G.I. wire filled with boulders with square cut faces against the wire (boulder filling to be measured and paid for separetaly) G.I. wire 5mm thick corresponding to SWG-8. 15 cm x 15 cm mesh. within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Providing and fixing 2.40 mtr heigh fencing with MS angles post 65x65x6mm of total height 2.90 metre @ 2.50 mtr. centre to centre with 9 nos horizontal lines and two diagonals of galvanised steel barbed wire (IS 278-1962 Type I) total weight 9.38 Kg.per 100 metres(minimum) including earth work cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size ) and curing complete within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Steel work welded in built-up section, trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in beams joists channels, angle cleats as in main and cross beam, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters, steel gate and like within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and fixing oxdized M.S. sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete 300x16mm within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. pressed but hinges with necessary screw 125x65x2.12 mm with in all lead and lifts.as per direction of Engineer in Charge.
