Maintenance and servicing of 10 HP pump sets 09 numbers fixed in MAP POCKET I&II complete with motor and starter/ panel board for trouble free operation including checking the insulation resistance and electrical contacts and setting right the loose electrical contacts/ connection, lubricating the pump set, replacement/ tightening of gland packing, arresting leakages in suction/ delivery lines including provision of necessary consumables complete all as specified and as directed. And 09 Nos 12 Zone conventional fire alarm control panel with all connected items at MAP POCKET I&II complete.

Periodical maintenance and servicing of Fire smoke detectors consisting of Bentel Panel, Smoke detectors 8 Nos each in a system, FM200 cylinder with 57 Kg FM200 gas, realease switches ,control switches etc, complete by making regular servicing of the system to ensure proper functioning including replacement of spare materials all as directed by Engineer-in-charge (At AF NET SITE-I)

Periodical maintenance and servicing of Fire smoke detectors consisting of Bentel Panel, Smoke detectors 8 Nos each in a system, FM200 cylinder with 93 Kg FM200 gas, realease switches ,control switches etc, complete by making regular servicing of the system to ensure proper functioning including replacement of spare materials all as directed by Engineer-in-charge (At DCMU Battery Charging ROOM)

Servicing and testing of Ceasefire Smoke Detection Control Panel - 28 Wireless Zones, 2 Hardwired Zone, Tamper Alert, passcode protected, RF Jamming recognition, diagnostic feature for RF signal strength between panel and each detector. Battery Backup stand by time upto 12 hrs for 2 Nos and in each all as specified and as directed. (Armoury)

Periodical servicing of fire alarm control panel 4 Zone and testing of Smoke Detector - Fully Supervised smoke Detector simple ceiling mount 9 Nos all as specified and as directed. (Command IT section) Note for Sl item No.1 to 7 : Notes:(i) The spares like bearings, bushes, impellors, Couplings, etc., wherever required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule. (ii) The rate quoted deemed to include for replacement of minor spare parts costing upto Rs. 200/- Each. (ii) The Contractor shall be responsible for trouble free operation of all the pumpsets during the currency of the contract and shall maintenance and repairs carried out and spares replaced shall be warranted during the contract period.

M&L for caliberation of fire alarm control panel with PA system including rebooting of PC unit with connected acessories including updating the operating system of the PC and setting UP a new passward etc from the OEM of the system to make call back facility etc to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair thermal over load relay of 10A with max fuse rating at 32A complies to IS:9224 operated on single phase 230 volts, AC,50Hz complete all as directed and specified.

Supply and fix in repair contactor, continous current rating 40 A , 3 phase, 440 volts complete all as directed and specified.

Replacement of manual call point duly painted in red colour with front glass (to be broken in case of fire) complete with test key to check the response without breaking the glass and die cast aluminium housing with IFD indicator all as specified.

Replacement of Zone cards.

Material and Labour for Spray painting of fire equipment by applying one coat of primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of red colour (post office colour) all as specified & directed.

Supply & fix in replacement of first aid hose fire reel wall mounted type fitted with of dia 20 mm and 30 mtr length, hose with ISI marked SS shut of nozzle and connection of 20mm gate valve and pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Rewinding of motor up to 10 HP capacity with super enameled copper winding wire of suitable gauge and size, providing insulating materials such as fibre glass tape, varnishing, heating up assembling in the electric motor, testing and commissioning complete including replacement of bearings/ bushes by using hydraulic press for testing to full load all as specified and as directed including dismantling & taking to work shop and bring back and re assembling all as directed.

Supply and fix ball bearing both end sealed suitable to fix with electric motor of 10 HP capacity fixed in repairs all as specified and as directed.

Magnetic sensor suitable for micro processor based digital water level indicator fixed at different levels inside sump/ over head reservoir for sensing level of water including dismantling old unserviceable sensor all as directed

Supply & fix in replacement of Gun Metal Coupling Assembly with Lug (Locking Pin) for hydrant valve complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix water pressure guage 100mm dia ranging 0-14 kg/sqcm including dismantling unserviceable exisitng pressure guage complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of Gun Metal one way fire hydrant landing valve of size 63mm dia ISI marked complete with instantaneous coupling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement of 63 mm dia, 15 mtr long rubberized fabric reinforced rubber lined canvas hose including gun metal male & female instantaneous coupling hose conforming to IS 636 type II and coupling conforming to IS 903-1975 all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement of standard short size F75 16mm nominal bore, outlet and standard instantaneous coupling 63mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement of valve reflux cast iton (NRV) with by pass arrangement supplied installed complete of size 100mm dia including filling properly the gland packing kit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement of butterfly valve of size 100mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Sluice valve, cast iron body with stainless steel spindle, class-1 ISI marked,100mm bore, PN-1, both end flanged and drilled and fixed with bolts and nuts and washers including providing rubber insertion of suitable thickness complete of following sizes including taking out existing unserviceable sluice valves all as specified and as directed

S&F in replacement of MS pipe 100mm including removing old rusted one with special suit site condition replacing damaged existing CI distribution main pipe line by cutting and alligning true line, welding and jointing by providing high tensile Steel fasteners for outside and inside surfaces for specials, duly painted with anti corrosive tank mastic paint over a coat of red oxide primer. The work involves supply of materials incl necessary T&P to work site, incl necessary excavation, earthwork, linking pits , cutting of pipes using gas cutting/ griding machines , fixing of special bolts, nuts, washers all as required at site incl de-watering pump etc and completing the job within the stipulated time and testing complete all as specified and all as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying of cables, pipes, foundation for poles etc. and getting out in hard/dense soil.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick complete in hard/dense soil.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance exc.50m and not exc 200 m and depositing at the location all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition/dismantling concrete in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness

M&L for cement concrete, type B-1, 1:2;4, 20mm graded aggregate up to 150mm. Note: 1. Item no 1 to 43 i.e motor or pumps or any connected items of fire fighting / fire alaram items become breakdown, the contractor shall locate the problem/fault at site within 24 hours on intimation by JE/Engineer-In-Charge and ensure that the fault rectified within 48 Hours on locating the fault, failing which an amount Rs 300.00 per hour will be recovered as penality from contractor dues after expiry of 48 hours 2. The firm is responsible all spares/items as applicable shall be purchased from original manufacturers/auth distributor/dealer only and GST vouchers shall submit to Deptt while claiming payments 3. The firm is responsible to carry out check of all the fire fighting/fire alaram system at least once in month to ensure serviceabilty and effectiveness of the complete system round the clock 24 X 7 for which a maintenance record/certificate duly signed by contractor and concerned JE E/M and Engineer-in-Charge seperately to be maintained.
