Dismantling Asbestos cement sheeting (corrugated or semi corrugated) sheets roof covering all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensil strenght of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof ridge covering, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling of structural steel work including doors,gates, purlins but excluding framed truss etc all as specified and directed.

S&F Fe 410-W(gde-E-250) Quality roof trusses(framed ) trussed purlins,crain gantries,railsand fastening and heavy bracket framing (beam,tee,angle, channelor flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. All as specified and directed.

M&L wind ties for roof including securing bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonary built in cement motar or cement lime mortar all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ brick, straight or curved as plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster or lime plaster any description including raking out joints,hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc all as specifeid and direcetd

M&L for 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete and using for water proofing liquid as per manufacturer instruction surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified ( WPC liquid measuered and paid separatly).

M&L for 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:6 on brick or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified

M&L for prepration of New decorated surfaces of walls including cornices, plasters etc (Plastered or unplasterd surfaces) and applying two coat of cement base paint over primer all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of new plaster surface three coat of whitewash all as specifeid and directed.

Preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified.

Preparation of old steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and and applying one coats of synthetic enamal paint complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment on walls by scrapping washing rubbing down etc and applying two coat of cement base paint all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size etc) from any frames, glazed with putty or fixed with beads.

S&F sheet glass 3mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares n.exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane.

Dismantling of brick tiles single layer as in roof covering complete all as specified.

Demolition of mud in roofs any thickness including plastering and leeping(whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) all as specified.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in benching, roof padding, roof kerbs or mud stops, coping etc rounded or chamfered on edges.

M&L 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete roof surfaces finished even and fair, including cleaning the roof top by water etc all as specified and directed by Engr in charge with WPC.

M&L for cleaning the surface and made free of dirt, foreign particle, laitance followed by grinding all all protrusion to make surface modulated. Thereafter, inspection for cracks on the surface caused by thermal expiation contraction. Cutting the grooves with suitable cutter machine in V groove filled with repairs mortar/ microconcrate / general purpose grout as recommended proportionally as per recommendation of manufacture. Making of Gollas at all the corners with polymer modified mortar (1:4) cement sand with 3.5% acylic of cement weight. Make :- Asian Paints/STP/Sikka Note :- (i) Application shall be done by a company authorised applicator. (ii) Contractor has to submit on affidavit the Gaurantee period as per manufacturer Gaurantee.

Supply and applying high build elastomeric waterproofing coating based on pure hydrophobic polyurethane cold applied of spray/brush applied, membrane with an elongation of 280% and tensile strength of 2.7N/mm2 as per ASTM D 2370, crack bridging ability of 3mm, no leakage upto 5 bars of water pressure as per DIN 1048, min 88% solid content. The system includes final base preparation, epoxy primer 1:1 (Resin; harder) application with 100% water dilution and Pure polyurethane application in 2 coats with a total min consumption of 1.25 kg per Sqm. Application should be done with Graco sprayer by a company authorised applicator ”. Make :- Asian Paints/STP/Sikka Note :- (i) Application shall be done by a company authorised applicator. (ii) Contractor has to submit on affidavit the Gaurantee period as per manufacturer Gaurantee.
