Complete drain out of transformer oil from 40 MVA T/F into empty oil drum/storage tank.

Replacement of all gaskets including the top of T/F by providing and fixing new gaskets as per existing size made of rubberised cork sheet made of kotika/turboze/Nu cork brand grade 07

Overhauling the diverter switch and bucholz relay after removing transformer oil and dirty Transformer oil from its chamber .Filling the fresh centrifused transformer oil.Checking proper operation of bucholz relay.

Cleaning of core and winding by fresh transformer oil and remove the sludge from bottom

Carriage of 10 number fresh transformer oil from 220 KV S/S, Mallawan to 132 KV S/S Shahabad distance approx.-90 Kms (approx). Loading of 10 number filled oil drums at 220kv s/s hardoi and unloading the same at 132kv S/S, Shahabad store to complete the job satisfactory.

Complete erection of 132/33 KV 40 MVA T/F .The erection of radiator, conservator tank, all bushings, turrets, Bucholz relay, connecting pipe lines, cooling fans, motor drive mechanism of tap changer jumpering of HV & LV side etc.Filling & topping up of the T/F oil in tank, radiator, all pipe lines, conservator tank etc. and attending the oil leakages if any and all other associated works for satisfactory completion of work. All T & P shall be provided.

Filling of transformer oil in to main tank and Centrifuging of oil in main transformer tank un-interrupted till the desired BDV valve of the oil is achieved including recording all the parameters hourly such as temperature, vacuum, material, centrifuging machine and T & P.

Jumpering of the 40 MVA T/F.

HV side with single ACSR panther conductor.

LV side with ACSR Double panther conductor.

Termination of 40 MVA, 132/33 KV T/F Bay control cables in control & relay panel as per cable schedule including making necessary holes in the glands plates or box wherever required, the job satisfactorily as per technical specification.

Erection & installation of RTCC panel of 40 MVA T/F along with shifting from storage place to Control room including termination & connection of control cables at RTCC panel side & transformer side as per technical specification.

Earthing of Main Tank, marshelling box, Drive mechanism, Transformer neutral etc of 40MVA Transformer, 3No of 145Kv CT, 3No of 36KV CTs along with their JB and 3no of 120KV LAs & 33 KV LAs with 75x10 mm, 50x6mm and 25x6mm MS Flat strips which includes providing, cutting,welding, strengthening and bending of MS flat and shifting of all other associated material from store to work site:-

Painting of newly erected MS Flat following with 01 coat red oxide and 02 coat with bus green ISI mark paint complete with its MS Flat & vertical support.

Pre commissioning test of 40 MVA 132/33Kv Transformer in which following tests are to be conducted:- i)SFRA ii)Tan Delta Capacitance measurement of windings iii)Tan Delta capacitance measurement of bushings iv)Winding resistance measurement v)Voltage Ratio Test vi)Magnetizing Current test vii)Magnetic Balance Test viii)Insulation resistance Test & PI Test ix)Short Circuit Test

Obtaining No Objection Certificate from office of Electrical safety Directorate, Lucknow for first time energisation of 40 MVA 132/33KV Transformer (including payment of fee as per challan.)

Installation of new 3P4W, 0.2s accuracy class Interface Energy Meters (one HV side and one LV side)

Necessary interconnection from data transmission of already installed SAMAST compliant meters to Lan switch upto DCU/Gateway and all other H/W, S/W per No.

Installation of communication cable (CAT-6 alongwith necessary hardware wherever required in between Energy meter to Lan switch to SDH equipments upto DCU/Gateway and all other H/W, S/W per No.

Installation of OFC cable armoured (6P) in HDPE conduit pipe 32mm.

Providing & Fixing of 150 Watt L.E.D. Street Light Luminaries Fittings of Philips / Compton Greaves / Havells make with IP 65 rating in Single Piece Die Cast Aluminium Alloy Housing with Pot Optics Reflector & Toughened Clear Glass Cover with Frame for Lamp Compartment (with two year standard warranty period) inlcuding Cable Terminations.

Laying of 2C x 2.5sq.mm size/ 4C x 2.5sq.mm size Control cables from LT A.C.D.B. Cubical to various junction Boxes for Switchyard Lighting through through Excavated Trench of size 300x600 mm, Covering the cables with River Sand & Brick Lining along & Over the Cable, then Back filling & levelling of the trench after Laying of Cables.

Laying of above Control Cables from L.T. Lighting Junction Box to LED Street Light Fittings by clamping with suitable M.S. Strip Clamp with proper Dressing etc.
