Overhauling :- Dismantling and overhauling of various items in the Air handling units of assorted capacities . The Job Includes disconnecting input/output connections,dismounting,dismantling of the AHU motor, cleaning of the surafces,making ways for bearing, keys,fans etc,assembling of AHU after providing and fitting of required items, mounting,fixing ,aligning ,providing shims (if required), testing on no load as well as on full load. The job includes shifting, loading, unloading including head load to and from SKIMS to workshop and vice versa (inside as well as outside the premises) .In case of fabrication of items,standard gauge of metal sheets and insulation as per sample are to be provided .The job also includes taking tapping at various points so as to provide conection for external circuit for input /output water and sir .The job includes applying two coats of redoxide , providing ,cotton rolls,PVC sleeves etc as required.All sundry items including geasing, rustoline, nuts, bolts, keys, gaskets, cleaning clothes, safety items, tools, tackles etc are to be arranged by the firm

Descalling of coils (heating as well as cooling) by recomended acid /base descalant chemicals.The job includes neutralizing , rinsing and washing of the coils .The job includes dismantling,cutting,refitting ,hydrotesting testing ,thickness measuring etc

Air fileter cleaning of A.H.U units by using blower/cleaning agent/washing(if applicable) to remove dirt and dust etc.The job includes removing filetrs,shifting them to workshop and then refiiting by using clamps,,fasterners etc

Brazing of A.H.U Coil ( Heating / cooling ) to arrest water leakages including hydraulic testing.The job includes extrating coils,and refiiting after arresting leakages etc

Providing and replacement of coils ( Heating/cooling) of following patterns in AHU 's of assorted capacities.The job includes dismantling,cutting,brazing,finishing and testing of same

Dismouting,Dismantling and extrating blower fans along with accessories.The job includes repairing of blower fan ,welding,rebuilding,grinding ,finishing and alignment of shaft on Lathe Machine.The job includes refiiting of blower along with allied items and testing same.

Dismantling and cleaning of various parts of the assorted capacities Air Handling Units by using chemical,blower etc .The job includes cleaning of fileters ,drying and fitting of same .The job includes re-assembling of A.H.U., connecting back to the system and testing on full load..

Providing and fitting of fibber glass wool, slab type over AHU G.I. ducting ( of 50mm thick).The job includes wrapping covers ,providing fire resistant insulation, adhesive, anchoring etc

Fabrication of bearing seats including machining jobs of blower shaft.

Providing and replacement of blower shaft bearing of following sizes.

15mm Shaft size and above upto 25mm

32mm Shaft size and above upto 40mm

40mm Shaft size and above upto 50mm

50mm Shaft size and above upto 100mm

100mm Shaft size and above upto 125 mm

Repairing and replacement of G.I. Ducting in Air Circulation systems inclusive flanges/screwes fastners etc.

Providing and replacement of condensate tray fabricated from 5mm thick M.S. sheet on a angle/channel of 3”/2” as per site requirement. The job shall include anti-rust painting and applying 2mm bitumen layer on the bottom of the tray to arrest leakages.

Providing and fitting of condensate water drain of 50mm diameter G.I. pipe with fitting as per site requirements.

Providing and fitting of M.S. sheets 18 swg thick to cover the side gap of A.H.U. along with anti-rust painting. The job shall include providing and fitting of nuts, bolts washers,screwes fastners etc.

Repairs of G.I/Aluminum air dampers of assorted sizes and its allied work including nuts, bolts, requirement as per site conditions.The job includes isolating,dismantling, welding/brazing, alignment ,refiiting etc

Providing and fitting of digital controller of assorted range with capillary.

Providing and fitting of sensor cable for above digital controller.

Repairs to 7 ply mesh filters of assorted capacities AHU’S

Providing & fitting of 7 ply mesh filter of different sizes as per site requirement.The job includes fabrication,providing ,fitting etc

Providing fitting and testing of V.Belts of following sizes. The job includes removing old one,aligning & tighting new one.

"C" Miscellaneous:- Providing and replacement of Hermetic filter drier DCL in chiller units The job includes dismounting old ones,fiiting of new one and testing the same on full load ( Make danfos)

Providing and replacement of indicator along with lamps assorted type and as per site requirement

Providing and fitting of axial flow fans of assorted capacities along with fittings as per sample .The job includes dismounting old ones,fiiting of new one and testing the same on full load
