FABRICATION AND ERECTION OF HUT TYPE STRUCTURE FOR MOUNTING OF 5 MT ELECTRIC CHAIN HOIST FOR SAFE LOADING AND UNLOADING OF SMALL/MEDIUM DAMAGED/REPAIRED TRANSFORMER IN TALKATORA WORKSHOP UNDER EUWD-LESA, LUCKNOW.

Construction of Hut type shade of size approximately 11X12 feet having height of approximately 16 feet above earth by Fabrication & Erection of 4 columns by 20 feet long RS Joist of size 150X75X6.5 mm. All four columns are to be fixed on top by 12 feet long 100X50X6 mm M.S. channel on two sides & by R.S. Joist 150X75X6.5 mm on other two side. One R.S. Joist of size 200X100X6.5 mm is to be fixed on the middle about 12 feet long for holding the electric chain Hoist. The shade is to be made with profile sheet & square pipe of size 2"X2" for trush on the top of the structure. All the material including steel sections is to be provided by the contractor.

Providing & Fixing of pre coated galvanised iron profile sheet of thickness 0.5 mm. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling screws.

Grouting for Holding supports (RS Joist) by digging a pit of about 1.2 mtr in the floor of w/s and CC in the ratio of 1:2:4, complete in all respect.

Laying of stone pad of 152 mm thick size 500X500 mm to support the erection of RS joist Pillar.

Fabrication & erection of MS plate of 10 mm thick size 400X400 mm on the Bottom of vertical R.S joist.

Fabrication & erection of MS plate of 10 mm thick size 200X200 mm on the top of vertical R.S joist.

Providing & fixing of 5.0 M.T. electric chain hoists with manual trolly tested to 25% overload as per I.S. 3938-1983 or latest edition having lift of 5.0 Mtr. With squirrel-cage induction electric motor as per I.S. 325, 2 H.P. , 415 Volts 50 Cycle (±6) Crompton or equivalent make with pendent push button, control of hoisting and lowering motions from ground level and failed-safe electromagnetic Disc-type brakes for total safety as per standard manufactures detailed specification. The contractors have to provide the manual Trolly arrangement for moving the electric chain hoist horizontally on the RS joist.

Providing & Laying in position 4 inch thick PCC in the Ratio of 1:6:12 and trimix C.C. of 4 inch thick in the Ratio of 1:2:4 below the shed.
