EARTH WORK excavation for foundation in all classes of soils and subsoils to full depth, as may be directed except in hard rock, requiring blasting including initial leads and lifts and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in 150mm layers well watered rammed and consolidated including depositing surplus earth with in the Godown or inside compound in places shown with initial leads and lifts, clearing, leveling site, shoring, strutting, baling of water wherever necessary etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supplying and filling in foundation with Gravel in layers of not exceeding 150mm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated including watering etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

CEMENT CONCRETE 1:5:10(one cement, five sand and ten aggregate)using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including de-watering, side shuttering , strutting, wherever necessary including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Reinforcement Cement Concrete 1:2:4 ( one cement, two sand, four aggregate) using 20mm of hard broken granite stone for all RCC works using machine for mixing concrete excluding cost of centering, Strutting, shuttering, and fabrication of reinforcement and placing the grills in position etc., but including finishing and curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed. Providing FORM WORK for centering the soffits of all reinforcement concrete work including strutting to the required (3 metre) height with mild-steel sheets of size 90cmx60cm 10 gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm laid with country wood joist of average of size 10cmx6.50cm at about 90cm centres with casurina props of 13cm dia at 75cm centre to centre with all nails coir,wedges complete and removing the form work after necessary curing period as directed by the corporations officers. The rates should inclusives of cutting , bending, welding , charges of M.S sheets, M.S. angles etc., Complete For plane sufaces such as RCC floor slab, roof alab, beams, lintels, bed blocks, landing slab waist slab, portico slabs and beams etc.,

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position MS/RTS grills for reinforcement for all R.C.C. works including cost of steel, labour for straightening, bending, cranking, tying grills with 18 gauge galvanized binding wire and placing grills in position complete complying with standard specification and as directed..

Fabricating and supplying and erecting the required number of trusses with structural steel members like angle iron MS plates, vertical stanction for all truss members including cleats to receive the purlines all cutting drilling holes welding and fixing of members with necessary bolts nuts anchor bolt of approved quality hoisitn aligning and glazing the trusses inposition as per plan. The rate should include the cost painting the members with one coat of red oxide primer and zinc chromate etc., complete complying with standard specification and an directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying of profiled colour galvalume sheet with combination 55A1:43 4Zn:1:6SI of TCT bent type 0.47mm thick and standard width of 1.06m with yield strength of 550 MPA made from high tensile/ CR sheets of approved quality for roofing with necessary fixing arrangements like 65m abd long hexagonal head screws with EPDM rubber seal etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer. (Test certificate for quality should be furnished on receipt of material at site)

Supply and fixing of 40x6mm G.I flat over the Galvalume sheet roofing which is placed on the top of purlin in the longitutinol direction to avoid the lifting of roofing due to wind, the rate inclusive of neccesary G.I screw, Rubber, Aluminium whaser with necessary adhesive flashing tap fixed directly over the galvalume sheet, labour charges for fixing, conveyance loading, unloading and cutting, etc. complete for 42m length.

Servicing the existing rolling shutter of size 1.80 x 2.60m such spring tension adjustment attending leaves repair works, locking adjustment, applying grease and kerosene wahsing for easy uplifting including cost of labour for removing and refixing the rolling shutter, cost of kerosene and grease etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing (under lintel grove) cold rolled ROLLING SHUTTERS of approved quality of 18 gauge 7.5 cm wide cold rolled lathe section in one piece interlocked together with specially designed pipe shaft with adequate number of high tensile steels wire springs of approved quality complete with brackets side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking arrangements with push and pull operations and pulling back handle with all accessories without workmanship and the entire shutter painted with two coats of best quality anti-corrosive nut brown color paint over one coat of red oxide primer and clear opening of 1.8 M width 2.60 M height . The rolling shutter shall be placed below the lintel and behind the RCC curtain slab of 7.5 cm thick and 45 cm depth. Each rolling shutter shall be provided with one pair of approved quality of ball bearing complete. Rolling shutter should confirm to I.S.6248-1979 and should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before fixing in position. [This specification consists of the following component materials required for erection of rollingshutter (1).18 G 3” lathe section 1.90 M long-29 Nos.(2)10 G guide channel 2.60m long- 2 Nos.(3).13 G bottom plate for 1.8 M long with angle.(4) .M.S.pipe 40mm dia. The above materials will be inspected by A.E.E. at site before assembling and erection of Rolling Shutter]

Renewing the broken AIW and Ventilator / Window glass panes of 4mm thick with new glass panes of 4mm thick of approved quality including fixing in position with TW beading all round the glass panes with nails etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the existing walls with two coats of plastic emulsion paint of first class approved quality and colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

White washing two coat with best shell lime including cost of shell lime, gum, kanjee and brushes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting old iron work such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, winow bars, balustrades etc. with two coats of synthetic enamel paint and approved quality and colour coat in all floors. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials, labour brushes and scaffolding charges etc. complete complying with standard specifications. (The paint should be got approved by Engineer in charge work before use on works).

Dismantling, AC sheet roofing without roof timbers and clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for reuse as directed by the departmental officers.

Dismantling Brick Work in Cement Mortar in any thickness of wall under 3m height clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for reuse as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing two legged scaffolding using 15 cm dia meter blue - gum posts or best quality bamboo posts of 4 m over all length ( 3 m height + 0.50 m projection + 0.50 m into the ground ) the distance between the two rows being 1.25 m and the spacing of posts being 2.00 m in both the rows with two horizontal posts with 0.50 m overlap on either side and braces at 2.00 m c/c including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to step up and providing a platform with country wood planks of 40 mm thick and 1.00 m width, etc,. in a complete form using coir and nails - 1.00 m run Upto 8M height

Supplying and fixing of Aluminium stainless steel turbo roof air ventilator size of 25” with high grade component which ensure elongated performance nose less working smooth rotation and including cost of labour charges for fixing conveyance, loading and unloading charges and also necessary accessories etc. complete at site as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing Poly carbonate sheet of size 3mx1.06m of 3mm thick on the roof in between the colour coated Galvalume sheets for proper lighting with necessary screws and EPDM rubber washers, complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

supplying and filling in basement with wetmix 250mm thick in layers of not exceeding 250mm thick, well watered, rammed and consolidated including machineries for hire and running charges leader 5 Cum capacity, hire charges for tipper,water sprinkler,vibratory roller all labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Providing and laying WBM Road 75mm compacted thickness with grade II metal using 1.00 cum of 53-22.4 mm IRC size metal with 0.24 cum of gravel for blindage per 10sq.m including cost and conveyance of all materials and stacking them at the site to departmental gauge for premeasurement including including labour charges for spreading metal and gravel hand packing to chamber watering with all leads for water and compaction by 80-100 kn power roller water sprinkler and all other tools and plants employed barricading etc., complete as per clause 404 0f most specification. Providing and laying WBM Road 75mm compacted thickness with grade III metal using 1.00 cum of 63-45 mm IRC size metal with 0.24 cum of gravel for blindage per 10 sq.m including cost and conveyance of all materials and stacking them at the site to departmental gauge for premeasurement including labour charges for spreading metal and gravel hand packing to chamber watering with all leads for water and compaction by 80-100 kn power roller water sprinkler and all other tools and plants employed barricading etc., complete as per clause 404 0f most specification. Supplying, laying and jointing PVC pipes of approved quality and best variety of the 25mm dia PVC 10kg/sq M including labour for fixing PVC Specials (excluding charges for cutting and threading and cost of such specials) with necessary shellac, thread ball, etc., and making holes on the wall / concrete and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with necessary brick work / concrete. The pipes are to be painted with one coat of tar and tightly pastened with tar dipped gunny tape, etc., complete complying with standard specification
