Transportation of suitable truck mounted DTH & ODEX/ Percussion/ Calyx/ RC drilling with portable rig along with necessary accessories etc to the site of work & erection of rig including leveling etc complete in all respects as per directions of Engineer-in-Charges.

Drilling bores of 200 mm dia as per IS 2800: 1979 using percussion/ Calyx/ RC/ ODEX method required for drilling in collapsible strata conglomerate, boulders, pebbles, gravels, silt, clay, etc including cost of attachments , extractable casing,consumable stores, bits, water, POL gravel pak in annular space etc.complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying ,Lowering & Fixing in position IS -marked MS bail plug of 200 mm dia meter with U-hooks as per IS 2800-1991 with upto date amendments, with all leads & lifts, complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying ,Lowering of IS marked 175 mm dia NB 5.40 mm thick fincut MSERW casing pipe as per IS 4270-2001 & requirement of ODEX attached from approved manufactures complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing slotting arrangements as per IS 8110/1994-997slot size 1.57x75mm & Lowering of 175 mm dia MS sloted pipe as per IS 4270-2001 with upto date amendments, welded and joints in to bore hole in vertical position including cost of all cutting ,threding & welding of pipe etc. with in all leads & lifts, complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and packing of gravel consisting of hard quatz or other suitable material with an average specific gravity of not less than 2.50, not connecting more than 2% by weight of thin flat of elongated pieces shall be of sub rounded to rounded grains with minimum angular feature of size 2 to 3.35 mm shall be free form impruities such as shafe, shale, mica, felspar, clay, sand , dirt, loam haematte and organic material as per IS : 4097-1967 with upto date ammendements if any around in take of T/Well with minimum thickness of shroud arround screen generally 100 mm to the entire depth of the bore as per IS 2800 (part-1) 1991 with upto date ammendments if any with in all leads and lift complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer- in -Charge.

Development of tubewell by back washing method, with air compressor ofminimum 750 CFM capacity, pumping pipe of 200 mm size and air line of minimum 65 mm size or with other suitable method,till the well is thoroughly developed as per clause 4.2 of IS 11189-1985, with upto date amendments, if any, complete in all respects as per direction of the Engnieer -in- Charge.

Development of tubewell by continous over pumping method,with VT pump / sub. pumps of suitable capacity not less than double the discharge established by the compressor method/ design discharge, untill the well is sand free as per IS-11189-1985 up -to- date amendments, if any, completein all respects as per directions of the Engg -in-Charge .The draw down discharge to be esta blished by running the VT / Submersible pump continouslyfor 8 hours in the presence of officer not less than the rank of Assistant Engineer.

Testing the verticality of the tubewell as per clause 4.3 of IS 2800 ( Part-II) 1979 with upto date amendments, if any, using plumb or plunger 6 mm smaller in dia within the inside diameter of the well casing.The results of the verticality test shall be recorded on proforma shown in Appendix A of IS 2800 (Part-II) 1979 with up-to-date ammendments, if any, as appended with the tender documents and handed over complete in all respect as the directions of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Pdg. and fixing in position threaded iron cap with locking arrangements of approved design to prevent foreign matter from getting into bore hole,as required, within all leads and lifts, complete in all respects as per directions of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Dismentalling of Rig or other allied accesssories after completion of job within all leads & lifts, complete in all respects as per the directions of the Engineer -in- Charge.
