Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 10 cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose of soil as in dressing of shoulder/ berm cutting etc and removing excavated material not exc. 50 and depositiong where directed complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick granular subbase and light wearing surface of moorum/ red bajri spread, rolled and consolidated rolled to required camber and gradient complete all as specified amd directed.

Scarifying and picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm (exc 50 mm and not exc 100 mm deep) including segregating serviceable stone metal for re-using and removing the excavated material from site to a disatance upto 50 m spread and levelled complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 cm thick (compacted thickness) in two layers of (7.5 cm thick each layer) WBM with coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20 mm size), spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required (limestone, sandstone, flint or quartzite) all as specified.

Material and labour for preparing unsurfaced WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 penetration laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 Ton power roller (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using 4% binder content by weight of total mix to make good depression / pot holes/ unlevelled surface/ road side cuts etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for surface dressing by spraying evenly paving bitumen at 20 kg per 10 sq metres, binding with 12.5mm stone chippings @ 0.14cu.m per 10 sq.m. and rolling to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with cutback bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sqm on existing black top surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm thick consolidated thickness , with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 penetration (using computerised hot mix plant and mechanical paver) and compacted to required camber and gradient using vibratory power roller all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for repair to pot holes not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping in free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs LED powered solar road studs of size not less than 110mm X 110mm X 25mm ( with shank height not less than 50mm) , flushed on the road surface and fixed using the adhesive, as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads pavements and the like exc 10cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow, paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater. driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of T & P , cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs reflectorised circular MS delineators of 75mm dia and minimum 800mm hieght having reflecting strips, including excavating post holes of size 300mm X 300mm X 300mm and fixing delineators with cement concrete type B-1( 1 : 2: 4) complete all as specified and dirceted.

Supply and fix in repairs road convex mirrors outdoor type made of one piece polycarbonate of size 80 cms including all fixing arrangement, mounting pole and necessary foundations complete all as specified and dirceted.

Supply and fix in repairs rubber speed bump of size 50 mm (height) X 380 mm (width) X 500 mm (length), ABS block black and yellow & reflectors on both sides including necessary fixing arrangements with epoxy / thermoplastic adhesive and anchor bolts all as per manufacturers instructions and complying to guidelines issued by Ministry of Road Transport complete all as specified and dirceted.

Supply and fix in repairs MS road sign board such as overhead cantilever, mandatory sign boards, drive slow sign board, stop sign board, diversion sign board etc. conforming to IRC-67-2012, mounted on support posts of GI pipes conforming to IS 1239 including excavating post holes of size 300mm x 300mm x 300mm and fixing delinators with cement concrete type B-1, (1: 2 : 4) complete all as specified and dirceted.

Note:- The amount of schedule of credit on page No. 26 shall be deducted from the amount quoted against sch 'A' while deriving at the contract sum for acceptance.
